Torch God's Favor Replaces Nearby Torches

Description
Allows you to automatically replace torches around you once you have the Torch God's Favor.
It can be toggled to either not do this, only do this with torches that aren't behind safe walls (to prevent build griefing), or always.
Only replaces torches that effect torch luck.
