Apartment complex with 7 apartments, lobby, parking lot and wash room for clothes.
Perfect for renting out. (Eastern European inspired)

Each apartment has a bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen and has everything needed for a sim to live comfortably.
The lot is fully functional out the box and each apartment can be customized to your liking.

An Abandoned Sawmill at the edge of the forest.
Perfect for a hide away hangout or nice set dressing to place in the world.
I would recommend placing it in world that came with the Werewolves Game Pack.

Features:
The lot has 3 buildings:
An office at the entrance, main loading building and Saw building.
The loading building and Saw building are connected by having by the log conveyor belt.
