I only got the achievement once I was getting the out of memory achievement by coping all of the downloader nodes many times.

This requires a decent bit of hack power to completely destroy the Anonymous, Corporations, and Government Breaches at the same time. To make it easier, set all the levels to 1 and connect the following node setup.

The in-game description suggests you need to unlock all optimization levels, but this is slightly misleading. To progress, you only need to unlock the first level of each optimization.

Note that some optimizations are locked behind application unlocks, so make sure that you have the Front-end Dev achievement beforehand.

To unlock level 1 of every optimization, you'll need 33 Optimization Points.
To fully unlock all optimization levels, you'll need a total of 49 Optimization Points.

This distinction is important for planning your point allocation efficiently.

To get this you need to create about 300 nodes. With the copy and paste functions this can be completed quickly.

• Create a few nodes
  
• Hold shift and drag the mouse to select them
  
• Press Control + C
  
• Press Control + V a few times
  
• Repeat the previous 3 steps until you cannot paste anymore (total nodes are above cap)
  
• Copy and paste fewer nodes until you get the achievement (reach the node cap)
