Report the dead deer
During your playthrough, you'll encounter a very big rock with symbols (after falling 10m and having your leg injured, just before reaching the small tent military area).
Once you are at the rock, continue to the path on the left and immediatly take the small path up on the right.
You'll see a dead deer, report it.

Gotcha
Move the sleeping bag to uncover a symbol
At Blackwood Camp, go in the crime scene area, found Elliot's tent and move the bed.

Get out of my swamp
Find the ranger's journal in the swamp area
After the Ashwood Creek Visitor Center at the beginning, continue and at some point, you'll see two directions.
More precisely, you will see a sign with a beaver and an arrow pointing left that says "boat cruises", follow it. Once in front of the cabin, check on the left and you'll see a mud lake. Cross it with the bridge and follow the path that will bring you in front of a big tree.
At the foot of the tree you will find a journal. Read it.

DIY
Fix the antenna
To fix the antenna, it is after Blackwood Camp. When you claim the mountain, just before the "sound wall' you have on the left a firewatch (you'll be forced to see it if you haven't with the murder scene anyway). To rebuild it; you'll find everything you need on the little cabin below the firewatch, and the amplificator next to the dead body of (you know who, in the carton box. The "who" refered to what happened after red beam on the sky and follow blood sequence).

When you reach the Ranger Cabin, instead of finding the key under a rock with a red cross (on the left of the cabin if you do not find it), break the front window with your axe!
Can be obtained even at late stage.

Discover Fred's secret
At the very end of the game, you need to obtain three electrical coils of different colors. For one of them, you'll enter a room with tombstones. At the very back, you'll find a photo. Interact with it.
I don't know if there's a prerequisite, but just in case, before doing this, go to Blackwood Camp. Once you've had some tea with Fred, go to his room upstairs, move his wardrobe, and look at the photos hidden in the back.
Note: I recommand this because your character will say "so that's who you really are" and I think it has a correlation with the fact that the same photo is also in his room.

Bearin' Around
Stare at the camp bear for an awkwardly long time
When you reach Blackwood Camp, you have a bear mascot smilling at you with right-hand raised. Just look at it like 5 seconds and your character will say "you're one creepy bear, aren't you?" and you'll get the achievement.

For the Way Back
Return Elliot's compass
At Blackwood Camp, go in the crime scene area, found Elliot's tent and put back the compass in the little box next to the bed (you can interact with it). It means that, after defeating your first enemy, you have to remove the compass from the stone before continuing.

Cleaning the Crime Scene
Throw all cans in the trash
After the tree deviation (and the crow jumpscare), you'll reach a teenager campfire with big tables. On the table you have like 1 beer and 4-5 soda cans that you can interact with. I don't know if it is mandatory to drink everything but I did.
Between each drink, put the empty can on the trash bin on the left of the wood panel with the big PARK RESTRICTIONS written on it.
Patch 0.7: Fixed an issue where picnic area was not loaded when you returned back.
-> It can now be done after beating the first enemy.

Summer Camp Counselor
Roast and eat a marshmallow
At Blackwood Camp, go in the crime scene area, you'll see a fire that you can lit. Once done, take the stick with a marshmallow.
SAVE BEFORE just in case, it's a one try success.
So, when you have the stick, look for the fire and cook it: the timing is easy, when you see the marshmallow having colors (after 5 second iirc), meaning when you barely see green/yellow spots on it, it is cooked, so remove and eat!

10-4, Over
Report a non-essential object
After the introduction, when you reach the Ashwood Creek Visitor Center, toilet on the right is male one, go in front of the toilet and report it.

Just in case, sometimes you can both take something or report it, and take it could lead to not being able to report anymore, so always prioritize report
