General tips/mechanics

Make sure to ERASE your save file on the menu every time before you start a new run for this achievement -- you need a clean save in order to get it.
Always skip every dialogue by spamming the Ctrl key as fast as you can. Just holding Ctrl does not skip the text!
When you have to walk through a path that slows you down (e.g. next to the shed; the water with the frogs right before reaching the ghost/forlore), jump a few times while walking to save a little bit of time.
At the pause menu (press Esc), reloading the scene will always bring you back to the spawn point in the house. This will be useful later.
Always make the interactions/card choices as fast as possible, without any mistakes -- as if you were actually competitively speedrunning CARIMARA.
The achievement notification should pop up, at most, a few seconds after you make the right choice when talking to the ghost. If it doesn't, it means you didn't make it in time, so go back to the menu and reset. You don't need to watch the final scenes in order to get the achievement.

Step-by-step

On the menu, ERASE your previous save. Make sure to do this every time you try to get this achievement.
Wait for the cutscene to end, as you can't skip it.
Quickly interact with the bagdoll and Violet (the old lady). Skip through any text by spamming Ctrl (holding it down doesn't work). Don't actually talk to Violet (i.e. pick any other cards), just choose "Leave".
Head straight to the cellar.
Turn left and keep walking left until you see the flamingo/stork wooden statue. Turn right on the path and keep walking.
When you reach the frog wooden statue, turn in its direction (right) and keep walking until you reach the ghost/forlore. Don't interact with anything else.
You can jump a few times while walking through the water to avoid being slowed down too much.
Talk to the ghost/forlore, always skipping through the text by spamming Ctrl.
Pick any combination of three cards as fast as you can.
Keep skipping the text until you wake up. You'll pass out, Violet will find you and take you to the couch.
As soon as you wake up, jump towards the key on top of the fireplace. Alternatively, you can jump on the side table near the couch and jump again in order to interact with the key (this worked for me better than just jumping once and trying to get the key in the short time it lights up).
Go outside, head to the left of the shed, into the bushes (you can also jump a few times here) and then to the small gap in the right, into the shed.
Interact with the dead dormouse on the floor while you walk to the left, towards the river.
Walk just far enough to reach the owl statue and interact with it.
Quickly press Esc and choose "reload scene". This will take you back to where you first spawned.
Go straight to the chest near the door to the cellar, open it with the key, interact with Lavender (the doll) and go down the cellar again.
Follow the same path you walked before in order to reach the ghost/forlore as fast as possible.
Interact with it, skip through the text and quickly choose the cards in this order: Lavender; Dead dormouse; Owl statue.
If you made it in time, the achievement should pop up, at most, a few seconds after you got the answer right.
If it doesn't, press Esc, go to the main menu and reset. You don't need to watch the final scenes in order to get this achievement.
