The 12 Commandments for Reaching 12k Integrity
1. Shields Up!
Enable Steam Guard. Step 1 is proving you're not a bot or an account thief.

2. No More Hiding.
Set that profile to Public. Hiding your account is sus and makes you look like a smurf.

3. Join the Dota Police.
Do your Patrols. Handing out righteous justice makes Valve happy and shows you're a pillar of the community.

4. "Just Play More, Bro."
The grind never stops. The more (good) games you play, the faster you climb.

5. Stop Solo-Queuing, You Masochist.
Play in a 5-stack. Your friends (hopefully) won't mass-report you for one bad play.

6. The "Don't Be a Jerk" Challenge (Impossible).
This is it. Unbind your chat key. Mute yourself. Do not type "gg ez mid diff."

7. Actually... Git Gud.
It's harder to report the guy who's 15-2-10. Stop feeding, get more kills, and (most importantly) get more assists.

8. Flex Your Steam-Cred.
Level up your Steam profile. Use the Marketplace. Rate some guides. Look like an invested customer, not a free-to-play menace.

9. Ditch Your Salty Mates.
Guilt by association is real. If your party members are toxic and get reported, you get hit with the splash damage.

10. Pay-to-Be-Nice.
Buy Dota+. Grinding those quests shows Valve you're a paying supporter of the game, not just a problem.

11. Become a Ward Bot.
Be the team mom. Buy all the wards, dust, and smokes. It's hard to flame (and report) the one person actively trying to help.

12. Be a Smart Snitch.
Use your reports, but only on actual griefers. Spamming fake reports on people who just played badly will lower your own score.
So, Why Bother Grinding Your 'Integrity' Score?
It's pretty simple: you're trying to avoid the 'Troll's-Only' queue.

See, the game automatically shoves all the most-reported players—the griefers, the feeders, and the flamers—into their own special matchmaking dungeon.

You'll know you're there because half your team loads in already chat-banned. They can't type, and their mic is permanently muted. They're just angry, silent teammates who are probably already reported from their last game.

Basically, if your own integrity score is in the toilet, the game just throws you in the mud with them. Your odds of getting matched with salty teammates, toxic players, and straight-up cheaters skyrocket.

A high score isn't about being a saint; it's your pass to avoid playing in the absolute worst bracket the game has to offer.
