Cassette Tape Locations Guide

Be aware that not all tapes can be found on one mission. They're spread out over the Side Ops as well.
Other than that it should be pretty straight forward.

Chico's Cassette Tapes

Chico's Cassette Tape 1: Found in the Intel Operative Rescue Side Op. Received upon completion.
Chico's Cassette Tape 2: Found in the Ground Zeroes mission. Found in the central watch tower at the Administration Building.
Chico's Cassette Tape 3: Found in the Ground Zeroes mission. Received after rescuing Chico and bringing him to the cliffside before being secured.
Chico's Cassette Tape 4: Found in the Ground Zeroes mission. Rescue the prisoner due to be executed in the west refugee camp.
Chico's Cassette Tape 5: Found in the Ground Zeroes mission. Found on a dumpster in the alley next to the stairs going down towards the boiler room where Paz is held, in the northwestern side of the Administration building. If you rescue Chico or Paz before going here, the trash will be emptied and the tape will be gone.
Chico's Cassette Tape 6: Found in the Eliminate the Renegade Threat Side Op. Found in the armory at the south end of the Warehouse area, close to the starting point of the Ground Zeroes mission.
Chico's Cassette Tape 7: Found in the Destroy the Anti-Air Emplacements Side Op. Extract the prisoner held in the boiler room in the Administration building.

Mission-specific tapes

Agent's Recording: Found in the Classified Intel Acquisition Side Op. After speaking to the undercover agent, you learn this is found in the central watch tower of the Administration building. You don't actually have to speak to him in order to find it. You can just ride the truck into the building and head up to the watch tower.
Classified Intel Data: Found in the Classified Intel Acquisition Side Op. When you've spoken to the undercover agent, wake him up or wait for him to wake up and stalk him. He'll walk over to a storage area and soon meet with a man with a shaved head. They'll discuss a trap that they set for you - the first tape was a decoy. After they break off their meeting, interrogate the man with the shaved head. He will give you the real tape. Alternatively, if you do not want to wait, you can find him patroling the Boiler room of the Administration building.

Here's to You: Found in the Ground Zeroes mission. Found in the cell adjacent to Chico's.
Resurgence/Theme of Tara: Found in the Deja Vu Side Op. Found outside the cave by the beach to the north-east of the insertion point.
Ambushed/Pleasure of Tension: Found in the Jamais Vu Side Op. Found outside the cave by the beach to the north-east of the starting point.
Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner - Beyond the Bounds: Finish every mission on Hard difficulty.

Just for history sake, maybe it'll help someone:
I had Chico's 6th left, got it, made it to a checkpoint and left the mission, it appeared in stats and in player but without the trophy. I started the mission again and this time finished it (the tape wasn't there), but the trophy poped up. There was also an information update at the end, and after this I had 18/18 tapes (Im on PS4), even thou I didn't collect anything this time, so the last one is Chico's combined into single tape.

@Sponge i was curious about that too. what you need to do is simply extract the escaped prisoner, then finish the mission like normal. you should get the cassette tape as a reward.

I know this guide is old. But please help me understand. I have a problem with tape 4. When I rescue the prisoner due to be executed, he just tells me that I can use the drainage tunnel into the administration building. I have tried to rescue the prisoner at the shed, and while at the execution. But it doesnt change anything
