Tips & Information
Tip 1: Upgrade Your Washer Early
As soon as you can afford it, invest in a higher‑tier washer. The improved power and efficiency will drastically speed up your cleaning and make tougher jobs far easier. To progress even faster, don’t hesitate to sell your previous washer and its attachments, you’ll get back their full value.

Tip 2: One Nozzle Achievements
The achievements Staying Adaptable, Three-Pronged Approach, and Double Top can all be unlocked in the 12th job, Mobility Scooter. By replaying this short and simple job, you can complete each requirement quickly and with minimal risk, making it the most efficient way to obtain them. @gg.nadrewod / @darkarchon

Info 1: PowerWash Points
You cannot accumulate more than 2,000 PowerWash Points. Once you reach this cap, any additional points earned will be lost.

Info 2: When can I unlock washer cosmetics?
There are only washer cosmetics available for the last set of washers. @darkarchon
There are only 6 washer cosmetics, and all are for the Professional washers (3 for each). All being unlocked late in the campaign. @gg.nadrewod

Info 3: Should I replay jobs to buy every washer and attachment?
No. The final job gives you $30,000, which, along with your earlier earnings, is enough to purchase them all. @darkarchon

Bug Report
Spray X object last: There is currently a bug affecting all “spray X object last” achievements. They will not unlock while the level is still in progress. If the requirement has been met correctly, the achievement will only trigger after the Job Complete screen. @gg.nadrewod (Noticed: 26/10/2025)

Co-op and Money: When playing in Co-op, only the host receives money. Other players only get PowerWash Points, and no cash reward. This looks unintended. (Noticed: 28/10/2025). It seems the other player needs to have already completed the job in their own game in order to earn money when joining your session. (Noticed: 30/10/2025).
Home Base Achievements
Purr Bonding
Description: In the Home Base, pet all three cats.

How to unlock:
Pet all three cats (Ulysses, Bubbles, and Squeak) in your upstairs office. Can be done right at the start of the game, before the first job.

Note: It can also be unlocked during the very first job, and likely on any other vehicle job that takes place in front of your Home Base, provided all three cats are interactable in that level. Note that the Extra Long Limousine job doesn’t qualify, since one of the cats is located inside the sealed helicopter and cannot be reached. @gg.nadrewod

Geo-Cashing
Description: In the Home Base, select a job using the Job Map.

How to unlock:
From your office in the Home Base, go to the Job Map and select the very first contract available, the Van job, to begin your career.

Taking Note
Description: In the Home Base, examine an item on Harper's pinboard.

How to unlock:
In the upstairs second room, interact with one of the newspaper articles on Harper’s pinboard. Can be done right at the start of the game, before the first job.

Gnome from Home
Description: In the Home Base, find and pick up the hidden gnome.

How to unlock:
Find the hidden gnome behind the entrance door to your first-floor office. Can be done right at the start of the game, before the first job.

Home Decor
Description: In the Home Base, clean and place a piece of furniture.

How to unlock:
After completing the first Van job, you’ll unlock the ability to buy free furniture. Purchase a rug or sofa, clean it, and place it in your Home Base.
Job Achievements (1 To 18)
All Moved In
Description: Complete the first Van job in Career Mode.

How to unlock:
Complete the first Van job in Career Mode. The achievement unlocks as soon as the job is finished.

Hit the Lights
Description: In the Campsite job, clean the Lanterns first using only the red nozzle.

How to unlock:
There are four lanterns on the ground. Clean all four using the red nozzle to unlock the achievement. The extra lantern located on top of the cabin does not appear to count toward the requirement.

Doggy Bath
Description: In the Dog Car job, have soap on every wash task at the same time.

How to unlock:
The 5th job is the Dog Car. Equip the Soap Nozzle on your washer and cover every part of the car with soap (it should look almost like in the photo below). The achievement will unlock as soon as every wash task has soap applied. After that, you can start rinsing with your washer.

Tea Time
Description: In the Teapot Tea Room job, place a gnome on each seat.

How to unlock:
On the 7th job, Teapot Tea Room, you will find six gnomes dispatched around the area (near planter walls, by rocks, behind the teapot house, and even on top of it). Pick them up with the interact button and place one on each of the six chairs around the tables. Once every seat is occupied by a gnome, the achievement will unlock.

Note: Apparently, the chairs can’t be cleaned beforehand.

Where's Woolly?
Description: In the Shooting Gallery job, complete the Bigfoot Target first.

How to unlock:
On the 8th job (Shooting Gallery), your objective is to complete the Bigfoot target before any other. As soon as the job begins, open your Task List and track the “Bigfoot Target” to highlight it with an orange marker. Bigfoot moves side to side behind the trees, making it tricky to hit. The easiest way to complete this achievement is to place a step ladder on the side of the structure and climb into the area where the Bigfoot target moves. From inside, you can clean it directly. Once cleaned, the achievement will unlock.

Drop the Ball
Description: In the Gas Station job, roll the ball down the Playground Slide.

How to unlock:
On the 10th job (Gas Station), head to the playground located behind the station. You’ll see a soccer ball already placed at the top of the play structure. Interact with it to adjust its placement closer to the top of the slide, then use your washer’s spray to gently push it forward. Once the ball rolls all the way down the slide and reaches the bottom, the achievement will unlock.

Hatching a Plan
Description: In the Bandstand job, clean the Hatch last.

How to unlock:
In the 11th job (Bandstand), your goal is to leave the Hatch for last. The Hatch is located right in the center of the Bandstand floor. As soon as you start the job, open your Task List and track “Hatch” so it’s highlighted in orange. Clean everything else in the Bandstand first, being careful when working on the floor around it. Once every other task is complete, finish by cleaning the Hatch itself to unlock the achievement.

Floor is Lava
Description: In the Stone Circle job, stand on all of the Pillars without touching the floor.

How to unlock:
In the Stone Circle (17th job), your goal is to stand on every pillar without ever touching the ground. There are eight pillars arranged in a half-ring around the central stone slab. Start on one of the lower pillars (left or right) and carefully jump from one to the next. Once you’ve landed on each pillar at least once, finish by jumping onto the central stone slab. As long as you avoid stepping on the floor, the achievement will unlock after you’ve covered all pillars and the slab.

Note: You need to jump from pillar to pillar via the large lintel without using any assistance from ladders. Using a ladder will prevent the achievement from triggering (as @PhilGoodInc found out in his first attempts).

Flying Start
Description: In the Rock Climbing Park job, clean the Pterodactyl first.

How to unlock:
In the Rock Climbing Park (18th job), the Pterodactyl is perched right at the top of the climbing wall. To unlock this achievement, head up immediately at the start of the job by using the abseiling equipment and focus only on the dinosaur (Not the perches it’s sitting on). Make sure you fully clean all parts of the Pterodactyl, before touching anything else in the level. Once it’s spotless, the achievement will unlock.
Job Achievements (19 To 26)
Make it all Shine
Description: In the Roller Disco job, clean the Glitterball first.

How to unlock:
When you load into the Roller Disco (19th job), look up to spot the large Glitterball hanging above the dance floor. To unlock this achievement, you must completely clean the Glitterball before touching any other object in the level. Use the scissor lift to reach it safely, and be careful not to accidentally wash the rope or surrounding fixtures too early, as that can void the requirement. Once the Glitterball is spotless and you haven’t cleaned anything else beforehand, the achievement will unlock.

Deep Lore
Description: In the Temple Interior job, descend the stairs.

How to unlock:
During the Temple Interior (21th job), clean the entire area as normal. Once every surface has been washed and you reach 50% completion, a hidden staircase will appear inside the temple. Walk down into this room to unlock the achievement.

Note: This achievement cannot be missed, since you must descend the staircase in order to continue cleaning and finish the job.

Message Received
Description: In the Car and Trailer job, clean the Satellite Dish first.

How to unlock:
When you start the Car and Trailer (22th job), look up at the top of the trailer and you’ll see the Satellite Dish mounted there. To unlock this achievement, you must fully clean the Satellite Dish before touching any other object in the level.

Front Row Seats
Description: In the Theater job, clean the entire Front Seating Row first.

How to unlock:
When you load into the Theater (23th job), you’ll see three rows of seats facing the stage. To unlock this achievement, you must fully clean the entire front row of seats before touching any other object in the level.

Note: This includes not only the seats themselves but also every connected element such as the seat numbers.

Door to Door
Description: In the Motel job, clean all the room Doors, Door Handles and Door Numbers first.

How to unlock:
At the Motel (24th job), there are six guest room doors in total. Three on the ground floor and three on the first floor. To unlock this achievement, you must fully clean each door, its handle, and its number plate before touching anything else in the level. Be careful not to accidentally clean the bottom panel of the door.

Ticket to Ride
Description: In the Mini Roller Coaster job, ride the Roller Coaster for a full loop.

How to unlock:
When you start the Mini Roller Coaster (25th job), head over to the first coaster car near the crocodile decoration. On the left side, press the "Start Croc Ride" red button to activate the ride. Stay inside as it moves along the track. You must remain in the car until the ride completes a full loop to unlock the achievement.

Cosmic Ordering
Description: In the Solar System job, clean the Sun, then all of the planets in order from the Sun.

How to unlock:
When you begin the Solar System (26th job), your first task is to completely clean the Sun. It’s the largest object in the scene, so climb onto the suspended platform to reach every part. Once the Sun is spotless, move on to the planets in their correct order from the Sun:
  • Mercury
  • Venus
  • Earth (Optional: Clean the Moon @WispTerra)
  • Mars
  • Jupiter (Optional: Clean the Rocket @- 𝐗𝐈𝐈 -)
  • Saturn (Optional: Clean the Ring @Orangec3)
  • Uranus (Optional: Clean the Ring @Orangec3)
  • Neptune
Once Neptune is fully cleaned, the achievement Cosmic Ordering will unlock.

Important: Only cleaning the planets themselves is mandatory. Orbiting objects such as the rocket, the moon, or the rings are not required for the achievement. Do not clean the bases and signs until after the achievement unlocks.
Job Achievements (27 To 38)
Spin Doctor
Description: In the Fun House job, clean a Rotating Floor Disc with the surface cleaner.

How to unlock:
During the Fun House (30th job), head into the Rotator Room, where you’ll find several spinning floor discs. To unlock this achievement, you must clean completely one of these discs using the Surface Cleaner (The SWIRLFORCE SURF ACE plus any of its cleaning heads).

Note: The Fun House contains two achievements: Glissando! and Spin Doctor.

Glissando!
Description: In the Fun House job, hit all the Giant Piano keys in order from low to high.

How to unlock:
During the Fun House (30th job), head up to the balcony, where you’ll find the Giant Piano laid out across the floor. To unlock this achievement, you must hit every key from left to right (low to high) in proper order. Make sure to ijnclude both white and black keys in sequence. You don't need to clean the keys, just spray them until you hear the tone.

Note: The Fun House contains two achievements: Glissando! and Spin Doctor.

Wise Decision
Description: In the Shopping Mall job, clean the Owl first.

How to unlock:
When you load into the Shopping Mall (33th job), you’ll immediately notice a large Owl statue standing in the middle of the central fountain. To earn this achievement, you must fully clean the Owl before touching any other object in the level.

Squeaky Clean
Description: In the Town Floats job, clean the Mouse last.

How to unlock:
During the Town Floats (37th job), you’ll find a Mouse figure located on the back side of the final float, tucked behind the rainbow. To unlock this achievement, you must ensure that the Mouse is the very last object you clean in the entire level.

Note: Some players have reported that the achievement may be sensitive to the order in which you clean the Mouse’s parts. Following the order shown in the task list seems to work reliably, and others comments suggest that leaving the Tail for last is the safest method to ensure the achievement unlocks. @Corgisaurus Rex

It All Comes Out in the Wash
Description: Complete all jobs in the Career Mode.

How to unlock:
This is the final progression achievement in PowerWash Simulator 2. To earn it, you must finish every job. There are 38 jobs in total, beginning with the Removals Van and ending with Mount Rushless.
Customization Achievements
Dressed for Success
Description: Equip an item of clothing.

How to unlock:
Equip an item of clothing to unlock this achievement. From your Home Base, open the Store and go to the Outfit Cosmetics category. Purchase a color for one of your clothing items (mask, overalls, gloves, or boots). Then, open the Change Outfit Styling menu (hanger icon) and equip the new cosmetic. The achievement will unlock as soon as you apply it.

Radical Rebrand
Description: Apply a skin to your Van.

How to unlock:
Apply a skin to your Van to unlock this achievement. From your Home Base, open the Store and go to the Van Cosmetics category. Purchase one of the available colors for your Van. Then, open the Change Van Styling menu (hanger icon) and apply the new cosmetic. The achievement will unlock immediately once the skin is equipped.

Washing with Style
Description: Apply a skin to a Washer.

How to unlock:
You must equip a cosmetic skin on one of your washers. Progress through the jobs until you unlock a washer that supports skins. Only the two Professional‑Duty models (Prime Vista Pro and Urban X Stream) have skins available.
Equipment Achievements
Leading Light
Description: Own a light duty washer and all of its attachments at the same time.

How to unlock:
After completing the second job, you should have enough money to purchase all the "Prime Vista 1500" attachments. Once you own every accessory of this washer, the achievement will unlock automatically.

Staying Adaptable
Description: Complete any job using only the Adaptable Nozzle.

How to unlock:
You can purchase the Adaptable Nozzle for the Prime Vista 1500 after completing the second mission. To unlock this achievement, complete an entire job using only this nozzle. In my case, I chose the 4th job (Art Deco House), since the 3rd mission (Campsite) requires the red nozzle for the lanterns achievement. Simply equip the Adaptable Nozzle at the start of the job and finish the whole level without switching to any other nozzle.

Be careful: if you accidentally switch to another nozzle, you’ll need to restart the entire level. You can, however, use any extensions together with the Adaptable Nozzle.

Note: If you don’t want to take any risks and prefer unlocking this achievement quickly, you can do it on the 12th job (Mobility Scooter), since it’s a very short and simple job. @gg.nadrewod

Flush Surface
Description: Own the surface cleaner and all of its attachments at the same time.

How to unlock:
After completing the 5th job (Dog Car), you should have enough money to purchase the SWIRLFORCE SURF ACE along with all of its attachments. As soon as it’s done, the achievement will pop.

Happy Medium
Description: Own a medium duty washer and all of its attachments at the same time.

How to unlock:
After completing the 10th job (Gas Station), you should normally have enough money to purchase a full Medium Duty setup. Buy either the Prime Vista 2400 or the UrbanX U2 with all of their available attachments (nozzles, extensions, cleaners). Once you own the washer and every attachment for it at the same time, the achievement will unlock.

Heavy Water
Description: Own a heavy duty washer and all of its attachments at the same time.

How to unlock:
After completing 19th job, Roller Disco, you should have earned enough money to afford the Heavy Duty washer and all its attachments. To unlock this achievement, you must purchase a Heavy Duty washer and then buy all six of its attachments (extra long extension, long extension, short extension, turbo nozzle, soap nozzle and ajustable nozzle). The cheapest Heavy Duty option is the Prime Vista 3000, which costs $5,000. The attachments together cost an additional $4,150, bringing the total required to $9,150.

Three-Pronged Approach
Description: Complete any job using only the Prime Vista Triple-Tip nozzle.

How to unlock:
This achievement requires you to complete an entire job using nothing but the Prime Vista Triple‑Tip nozzle, which is an exclusive attachment for the Prime Vista Pro washer (Professional Duty tier). Once you have purchased the Prime Vista Pro and its Triple‑Tip nozzle from the store, a good choice is the 12th job, Mobility Scooter, as it’s quick and efficient. Be careful not to switch to any other nozzle during the job, doing so will void the achievement. Extensions are allowed, so feel free to use them to make cleaning easier.

Consummate Professional
Description: Own a professional duty washer and all of its attachments at the same time.

How to unlock:
To unlock this achievement, you must purchase a Professional Duty washer and then buy every attachment specific to that washer. The cheapest Professional Doty washer is the Prime Vista Pro, which costs $10,000. The seven attachments together cost an additional $8,725, bringing the total required to $18,725.

Double Top
Description: Complete any job using only the UrbanX Double Turbo Nozzle.

How to unlock:
This achievement requires you to complete an entire job using nothing but the UrbanX Double Turbo Nozzle, which is an exclusive attachment for the UrbanX Stream washer (Professional Duty tier). Once you have purchased the UrbanX Stream and its Double Turbo nozzle from the store, a good choice is the 12th job, Mobility Scooter, as it’s quick and efficient. Be careful not to switch to any other nozzle during the job, doing so will void the achievement. Extensions are allowed, so feel free to use them to make cleaning easier.

Maxed Out
Description: Own all washers and attachments at the same time.

How to unlock:
This is the ultimate equipment achievement in PowerWash Simulator 2. To earn it, you must own all 9 washers (Surface cleaner, Light, Medium, Heavy, and Professional Duty models) and every attachment for each of them at the same time. This includes:
  • Surface cleaner: Swirlforce Suf Ace ($500 + $1,000 attachments)
  • Light‑Duty Washers: Prime Vista 1500 ($315 attachments) and Urban X U1 ($380 attachments)
  • Medium‑Duty Washers: Prime Vista 2400 ($1,000 + $2,075 attachments), Urban X U2 ($1,200 + $2,490 attachments)
  • Heavy‑Duty Washers: Prime Vista 3000 ($5,000 + $4,150 attachments), Urban X Max ($6,000 + $4,980 attachments)
  • Professional‑Duty Washers: Prime Vista Pro ($10,000 + $8,725 attachments), Urban X Stream ($12,000 + $10,470 attachments)
You’ll likely unlock this achievement after the final Career job Mount Rushless.
Gameplay Mechanics Achievements
High Pressure
Description: Complete a wash task while abseiling.

How to unlock:
On the sixth job (Billboard), climb the stairs to reach the blue abseiling rig. Place the abseiling rig on one of the anchor points and rappel down the billboard. Complete any single wash task while suspended (for example, cleaning one of the billboard letters is enough) to unlock the achievement.

Rise and Shine
Description: In any job, fully extend the Scissor Lift with a gnome on it.

How to unlock:
On the seventh job (Teapot Tea Room), you will have access to a Scissor Lift and gnomes dispatched around the area. Pick up one of the gnomes and place it on the platform. Then, fully extend the lift to its maximum height. As soon as the lift is completely raised with the gnome on it, the achievement will unlock.

@mad_le_zisell: No, you can clean the internal earth for the achievement Cosmic Ordering
mad_le_zisell 10 hours ago
Does Earth "internals" ruin the achievement?
EsoterikMoon 11 hours ago
Welp, The Bandstand achievement didn't pop for me. :(
Eva Notty 12 hours ago
I guess the achivement with the gnomes on chairs is bugged or something i restarted map 2 times and didnt get it.

For "Cosmic Ordering", cleaning bases, rocket trail, Moon and other things such as rings doesn't matter (checked in game), I think you can pretty much clean anything the way you want, as long as you don't clean the planets themselves out of order (i.e. Sun, then dome and all constellations, then Mercury, then whatever...) though that is to be checked

Anyone else messed up with the motel one and reloading the area not actually reloading the dirt on the doors?
gg.nadrewod 28 Oct @ 10:15pm
@Corgisaurus Rex, so long as you haven't gotten a ding for the Body, either of the Ears, the Tail, or the Head, it shouldn't matter which order you do the final 4/5 pieces (4 titles, 5 parts).

The main thing to watch out for are "the Ears as you're spraying the rainbow divider wall" (it doesn't take much to clean either of the ears, so you need to be cautious with your spray when looking down from above the mouse) and "the Tail as you're spraying the floor under the mouse" (be EXTREMELY CAREFUL with your aim, use the 0-degree nozzle to minimize collateral spraying, and clean EVERYWHERE ELSE on the floor first before moving towards the mouse's tail to maximize the effect of the 98%+ auto-clean).

@WispTerra: Thanks for the info! However, I have seen some other feedback that seems to differ. Some people said they didn't unlock the achievement when cleaning the moon, so I’m a bit confused :(
Zatarque  [author] 28 Oct @ 9:16pm
Thanks everyone for all the info! I have added almost everything you shared into the guide :)
WispTerra 28 Oct @ 4:38pm
For the Solar system one you *can* clean the Moon- though I didn't clean its stand or anything
