Achievement Info

Do superpowers make a person a hero or heroism should be in a person from the start?

You are Mecha Man, a renowned superhero, protector of the weak, and scourge of the criminal underworld. Your mighty shoulders bear an unprecedented responsibility not only for the lives and health of the city's inhabitants, but also for your own family—you are the third in a dynasty to control a mech suit, like your grandfather and father.

However, something went wrong, and now your suit is destroyed, you've spent months in a coma, and your enemies mock your shame. You're faced with a choice: forget about vengeance on those who killed your father and crippled you, or accept a dubious deal that may be your last chance to regain your former glory? Unlock all Steam achievements and you'll find the answers to these and many other questions.

Complete the Story
Some achievements in the game are sroty related and you will need to complete the entire game, all 8 episodes to unlock them. They're usually tied to completing a specific episode, so you'll have at least 8 story achievements under your belt by the end of the game.

Make Your Choice
The game is riddled with situations where you need to make decisions that will determine subsequent events. Your choices impact many things; sometimes they open doors, but other times they close them. Keep in mind that many achievements in the game contain contradictory, mutually exclusive conditions. This means you'll have to replay some chapters and episodes to unlock all the achievements. Remember that replaying overwrites your current save, so make sure you complete the episode the way you want to continue the story.

Teamwork Is Key
Interaction with your team members is a key element of both the story and gameplay. The progress of certain gameplay elements depends on how deeply and actively you invest in your relationships with other characters. Don't hesitate to communicate and upgrade them, as this will unlock many achievements.

Love Is Blind
Your relationship could evolve into something more than just a work stuff. You'll be rewarded with achievements for paying too much attention to certain characters, but you'll have to wait and see how it plays out for you (and your partner). Sometimes the most obvious options aren't the best ones...

Mind Your Business
Remember that a significant portion of gameplay involves wise resource allocation, time management, the use of character abilities, and the assignment of responsibilities. You will also earn achievements for your success in the gameplay: hero dispatching, finishing events, hacking and much more. Just remember that this movie is interactive.

Spoiler Alert
Some ways or descriptions of obtaining achievements in this guide may contain story, romance options, and character relationships spoilers. For those who don't want to ruin their experience of the game and play through the game on your own, I recommend leaving the guide and returning later when you need help with unlocking specific achievement. By continuing to read this guide, you agree that spoilers will not cause you harm or disappointment, so I will not accept any claims about it.

Please note that the game is currently partially available. Two episodes will be released each week from October 22nd to November 12th (8 in total). This means that detailed descriptions of how to obtain certain game achievements will not be available until the corresponding episode is released. Please do not comment on empty sections of the guide; the guide will be developed as game content becomes available. Such comments will be deleted. Thank you for your understanding.

🦸 "Did I drool on you?"

Story related achievement, can't be missed.

Unlocks at the end of Episode 1 during the cinematic after you finish hero dispatching tutorial.

🦸 Nailed It

Сan be unlocked in any dispatching day. To unlock this you have to place any hero on the event which all skills are higher than requires. This leads to 100% chance to finish the event successfully

🦸 Burning Chrome

Some events will require your direct participation through hacking security systems, technical devices, and so on. The hacking mechanics are like a maze that you must navigate and complete QTE correctly to progress. In story sections, hacking has no time limit, but in non-story events, you can see a time bar at the top of the screen.

To unlock the achievement, you need to reach the finish line as quickly as possible, spending no more than 2/3 of the allotted time.

🦸 Time's Running Out

The opposite of the Burning Chrome achievement. In this case, you need to complete the hacking sequence as slowly as possible, but still complete it when you're almost out of time. You can go through the entire maze and wait for the timer to run out on the second-to-last cell until the right moment.

🦸 Snake Eyes

This achievement may require some bad luck. In this case, you need to send a rather suitable hero to complete the event, but at least some of his skills must be lower than those required for the event.

This will result in a certain probability of failing the event, despite a high chance of success. I believe this achievement can be obtained through normal gameplay, and there's no need to try to earn it intentionally.

🦸 Shift Was Lit

To unlock this you have to activate in time (don't miss or skin) all possible events per dispatch day and successfully complete them without any failings. You can see your stats at the end of the day, it must be 0 failures and 0 misses. If you see screen like below then you are good to unlock it.

Obviously, dispatch days will be in future episodes too, but if you wish to get the achievement here, follow the instructions below.

1. Lost Balloon
Send Flambae, this hot guy has 100% to pass this successfully.
2.VAND-GO Opening
Sonar is perfect for this event, so he also has 100% to finish it
3. Cray Cray Bidet
Finish hacking sequence on your own.
4.Fight at Crypto-Night
Send Prism, this will be enough to finish this event.
When she arrives at the place, she may need your attention; suggest that she come up with unique names for the two participants in the fight.
5. Retrieve Stolen Boat
Invisigal has a very high chance to finish this event successfully.
6. Museum Robbery
Sonar in Bat Form deals with this without any problems.
7.Blaze in the Burbs
Golem is great for this event cause he can literally can use his body to smother the fire.
8. In the Zone
Here you can use Sonar in Human Form or Prism if you upgraded her Intellect.
9. Apprehend Art Thieves
Here you can use a pair of mobility heroes, I did this with Malevola and Coupe, but Invisigal can be fine here too.
10. Send Sonar As Security or Send Literally Anyone Else
Definitely pick Sonar and choose option to tell story in order to finish this as we need.
11. Juvenile Pickpocket At Large
Malevola is great for this, cause she is scary enough to influence a juvenile thief.
12. Locate Stolen Art
Coupe or Invisigal deals with this event with no issues.
🦸 "Love ‘em from my mouth to my butt."

When Invisigal goes to the donut shop story event, she'll ask Mecha Man which donut tip he likes best: Jelly Filled, The Long Cream Ones or Plain Glazed. You'll need to choose the least popular donut.

The difficulty of this achievement is that it's based on the statistics of players who made a similar choice, so the correct answer for this achievement may change over time.

Currently, the correct answer is The Long Cream Ones. The achievement is not pops up immediately, but only at the end of the episode during the statistics screen, when you will be shown information about the number of players who made a choice.

Many people report that the achievement is currently impossible to obtain because each donut type is chosen by 33% of players, meaning all donuts are roughly equally popular. We can only wait for the statistics to change or for the developers to adjust the achievement conditions. Stay tuned for updates in this guide.

🦸 Getting to Know Yous

Each character you control has unique abilities that are activated when certain conditions are met.
To get this achievement, you need to unlock at least one character ability per dispatch day.
When you unlock such unique ability, you can see special screen with its description.
Follow the instructions below to achieve this.

1. Flambae
Just send him to Lost Balloon event (the very first one).
2. Sonar
Just send him to any event whatever you like.
I usually do this for VAND-GO Opening event
(goes after Lost Balloon)
3. Prism
During any event with 3 hero slots place any at 1st slot and the place Prism to the middle slot to trigger her ability.

4. Coupe
Place Coupe as 3rd hero in any event with required slot amount. Can be done together with Prism ability too.

5. Invisigal
It is enough to send her on any event alone.
6. Malevola
She needs to be sent on a event with an injured character. Invisigal is perfect for this; see Phoenixes Down achievement description for details.

7. Golem
In any event that requires 2 or more heroes, select him first for placement (do no send to execution, just put it in the slot)

8. Punch Up
Send him solo on the Blaze in the Burbs event, and then choose the option with using hose.

🦸 Phoenixes Down

This achievement requires some time management. To unlock it, you need to get the same hero injured and healed twice during a single dispatch day. We'll need Invisigal as a fairly fragile character, as well as Malevola and her healing ability.

First things first send Invisigal to Fight at Crypto-Night Event solo, then choose "Suggest become a dynamic duo" and then choose "Fight the Fight-Men". This will ruin the event and Invisigal will get injured.

Next you have to send injured Invisigal and Malevola together. I suppose Museum Robbery is great for this. Malevola will heal Invisigal so half of the way is done now.

Now wait for Bigger Blaze in the Burbs event (don't skip Blaze in the Burbs event before it) and send Invisigal there alone. Choose to make your pass circumvent the smoke to get injured for the second time.

Now is the final and the hardest moment here: Invisigal will return after Bigger Blaze in the Burbs event and you will have already Locate Stolen Art event which is the last before the story related Granny's Donuts event, so this is your last chance.

You need to make sure Invisigal has time to rest after returning from Bigger Blaze in the Burbs and send her and Malevola to Locate Stolen Art event together. If you time it correctly, you'll do this a few seconds before the event disappears from the map.

Dispatch them to trigger the achievement. If you run out of time and the event disappears before Invisigal has time to rest, you will have to start the dispatching day from the beginning.

🦸 "You gonna eat those twinks?"

Story related, can't be missed. Unlocks after your first real dispatching day as long as you finish quarrel with Invisigal and get a smack right into your face.

🦸 "But I cheered for Invisigal..."

In this episode you have to choose who will be excluded from the team: Sonar or Coupe.

Choose Coupe to unlock this one.

🦸 "Watch your back, Robert."

In this episode you have to choose who will be excluded from the team: Sonar or Coupe.
Choose Sonar to unlock this one.

🦸 Work Spouse

Send different heroes in pairs to events together as much as you can. If they succeed then it raises their synergy level. First you have to find a proper duo you like. Known duo synergy are these:
  • Punch Up and Coupe
  • Flambae and Prism
  • Sonar and Malenova
  • Invisigal and Golem
When you get your first synergy level you will see purple effects in hero`s avatar with synergy sign above it.

Reaching max level shows duo banner about it, pairing hero gives you bonuses by raising the chance of finishing the event successfully. You can see synergy level by pressing TAB.

🦸Min Max

Here you have to upgrade any of 5 hero stat at maximum - 10 points.

🦸 Fool's Luck

A nasty achievement. It requires choosing a very difficult event and the least suitable character to achieve a 15% chance of completion. It also requires a lot of luck, so it might require replaying some episodes.

I'll try to compile a list of events and characters you can try your luck with, and then see how lucky you are.
🦸 Overkill

Find an event with 3 hero slot and place heroes with different stats, then finish the event. Your success zone has to cover the entire stat screen. Guess Prism ability to duplicate hero from the first slot can help with this a lot.

🦸 From Zero To Hero

To unlock this you have to raise any hero rank up to 10. Choose a hero and send him to events as often as possible; each successful completion of an event increases rank.

On this scren I got only Sonar Rank 7, but you get it. Going to change that screen later when I get Rank 10.

🦸 "I wish to make love to you again."

During this episode you have to choose a new crew member between Phenomaman and WaterBoy. Choose Phenomaman to open your way to this achievement. In the end of the day talk to him to unlock this achievement.

🦸 "It smells very chemically in here."

During this episode you have to choose a new crew member between Phenomaman and Water Boy. Choose Water Boy to open your way for this achievement.

In the end of the day shift, talk to Water Boy and cheer him up to unlock this achievement.

🦸 Power Trip

Starting from Episode 3, a green event with a university hat icon will appear on the map during dispatch shifts. This event allows one of your heroes to choose one of two upgrades for their ability.

It's important to remember that to upgrade, the ability must first be unlocked (remember the "Getting to Know Yous" achievement). This achievement requires you to choose upgrades for four different heroes. Considering that during the event, you're told which hero should go on the mission, I'd guess this achievement won't be obtainable in Episodes 3-4, but it's definitely possible in Episodes 5-6.

🦸 Career Development

I believe this achievement requires completing all dispatch shifts without a single failed or missed events, meaning a complete and perfect dispatch career.

If this confirms that this achievement is going to be a pain in the ass, cause starting from Episode 3 you shifts will become much harder to succeed.
🦸 H4ck3d by R0b3rt

Same as previous one, I think you have to finish all in game hacking levels before the time runs out and without any failing because of antiviruses.
🦸 Dispatched

This one is going to be your final reward as the last in-game achievement.
🦸
These achievements can be earned in unreleased Dispatch episodes only so they are unobtainable now. They will be posted in the appropriate sections once I have confirmation that they can be unlocked by any other player without the use of external software. However, based on some of the achievements described, it's possible to guess how they differ.

Possibly story related and can be earned for finishing the episode.

Seems like these are related with romancing specific character or steps of romance progress.
The last one seems like requires to finish the game without any romance relationships.

I believe these two achievements are mutually exclusive: in one of the episodes we will need to make an important choice, either of the two possible paths will unlock the corresponding achievement, but to get the second one we will need to replay the episode.

I believe these two achievements are mutually exclusive too: in one of the episodes we will need to make an important choice, either of the two possible paths will unlock the corresponding achievement, but to get the second one we will need to replay the episode.

I believe these two achievements are mutually exclusive as two previous pairs too: in one of the episodes we will need to make an important choice, either of the two possible paths will unlock the corresponding achievement, but to get the second one we will need to replay the episode.

Another Player`s choice achievement like "Love ‘em from my mouth to my butt.", but now we will have to choose the least popular item.

Antiviruses are red balls that appear as enemies in Hacking mode; they were seen in the gameplay trailer. They will likely appear in larger numbers in the future, so be prepared to fight them.
🦸 Modded

Actually description feelms similar with Shift Was Lit achievement, cause many completed events rewards you with skill point bonus and extra item. But the achievement is still locked so I do believe there must be something else here.

@22dragonraeg21 If it was exactly 15% you got with Flambae, then that’s why. it needs to be less than 15% for the achievement.
22dragonraeg21 15 hours ago
Want to add that for the fools Luck trophy you need less than 15% chance of succes to unlock it. Had a Flambea mission that i got succesfull on 15% didnt pop
VvVitekVvV 16 hours ago
Min Max achievement is very easy to get with Golem - you need to upgrade his Found Himself ability (ep 4 second shift is recommended cause you can do it at the very beggining) and respec one of his stats to 10
Railgun 16 hours ago
I hope "H4ck3d by R0b3rt" achievement is only for story unmissable mission and not for shift virus mission which you can ignore, i think i ignored one virus mission during a shift in ep3 :lunar2019shockedpig:

One way that got me Fool's Luck achievement is to pick water boy and keep sending him to calls that don't fit him and since he has some very low stats the percent for the mission to succeed is very low (if he is injured the chance could get as low as 8%~10%) and if you don't get the achievement you can return to main menu and continue Episode 4 so the shift would restart from the beginning continue this until you get the achievement . Good luck

Hi everyone, I know this is probably late information, but I hope it helps. For the final achievements that require completing everything without errors, we have a first obstacle: mission 1 of episode 3. In short, the only viable combination is PunchUp + Golem (for this, both must have stats of Combat +3, Vigor +4, and Charisma +3, which requires returning to chapter 2 and leveling them up once each). This guarantees a 63% success rate. The second hurdle is "Landslide," which is currently pure RNG, and I would appreciate any help with that.
VHFG22 30 Oct @ 3:38pm
for "Work Spouse", Invisigal and Golem are also a Duo
MyzKT 29 Oct @ 10:52pm
I think the possible pairings for Work Spouse should be: Sonar-Malevola, PunchUp-Coupe, Flambae-Prism, Invisigal-Golem. Those combinations showed up on the V / Partner Synergy thing when I was redoing Episode 3.

Personally, I have only achieved Work Spouse with PunchUp-Coupe, though.
AriesCZ 29 Oct @ 10:31pm
I'm guessing Work Spouse should work for Sonar and Malevola as well, they also have a thing together. Anyone can confirm?

Great guide, btw
AlphaOmega 29 Oct @ 5:31pm
I have From Zero to Hero, you just need to get 1 hero to level 10 which appears to be the max level. I did it with Invisigal using her second ability "Pack tactics". Have her train with Blonde Blazer when the opportunity appears and she will boost the Xp gain for all missions she goes on from then on.
