An experimental venture into larger APS weaponry

Laramore was built as a very early proof of concept, carrying five 500mm double turrets, firing APFR shells. These turrets are arranged in a forward favoring superfiring scheme, three in the front and two in the rear, with the main concept revolving around the idea of being able to maintain as many weapons as possible in extreme broadside angles.

To compliment the AA suite, a series of the tried and true MP1 Plasma AA/CIWS turrets run along the side of the ship. This is supplemented with an experimental APS turret, calibered in 51mm, 6 individual dual barrel firing pieces. While not the most optimal setup, It is adequate for Laramore's purposes, as a heavyweight Ship to Ship combatant.

Laramore also features a newer and more robust armor scheme than previous iterations, and comes equipped with an exemplary detection suite. This detection array is not only useful for directing the main battery, but is also used to direct remote guided missile batteries on either side, located between turrets #2 and #3.

Laramore earned her name due to her tougher armor, large size, bigger weapons, and mediocre speed, but reliable and stubborn nature.
