Problem solving
When trying to start the game, it crashed and gave the error:
"Application load error 3:0000065432"

How did I deal with this problem?

1. I downloaded Steamless.v3.1.0.5.-.by.atom0s
https://github.com/atom0s/Steamless

2. Unpacked, launched, indicated the path of the game:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BorderlandsGOTYEnhanced\Binaries\Win64

2.1 Selected the BorderlandsGOTY file (not the launcher)
In Steamless, I clicked on the "Unpack File" button

3. Went to the root folder with the game, renamed the BorderlandsGOTY.exe.unpacked file to BorderlandsGOTY and replaced the existing file.
I launched the game via Steam. And everything worked.

It was after that that my game started working normally. I do not know if this method will help you, but I believe that it has a place to be, and I must share it.
General Protection Fault Error
If you have a "General Protection Fault Error", then do the following

1. Follow the path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BorderlandsGOTYEnhanced\WillowGame\Config
1.1. Open the DefaultEngine file in Notepad or Notepad++
1.2. On lines 220-222, find the FramerateMode, MinSmoothedFramerate, and MaxSmoothedFramerate values.
1.3. Specify the value 0 for all three parameters. This is how it should look like:

FramerateMode=0
MinSmoothedFramerate=0
MaxSmoothedFramerate=0

2. On the desktop, right-click and open the Nvidia Control Panel
2.1. Go to the "Manage 3D Settings" tab
2.2. In the window that opens, in the "Global Settings" tab, select "High-performance Nvidia processor" in the "Preferred GPU" item
2.3. Apply the settings
2.4. In the same window, go to the "Program Settings" tab
2.5. Click on the "Add" button, then "Browse" and specify the path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BorderlandsGOTYEnhanced\Binaries\Win64
2.6. Then select the "BorderlandsGOTY" file (not a launcher)
2.7. In the "Preferred graphics processor" section, select "High-performance Nvidia processor"
2.8. In the "Program Settings" item at the very bottom of the list, find the "Texture Filtering" functions
2.9. Set the following values (variable - parameter):

"ON" for "Anisotropic optimization"
"High performance" for "Quality"
"Allow" for "Negative bias"
"ON" for "Trilinear optimization"

2.10. Apply the settings and try to launch the game.

If the problem persists, then follow the instructions below.

3. Follow the path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BorderlandsGOTYEnhanced\Binaries\Win64
3.1. Find the file "cudart.dll" and copy it in the same folder
3.2. Rename the copy of the file to "physxcudart_20.dll"
3.3. Try to launch the game

If this method didn't help you, then try updating the DirectX drivers. Or go to the root folder of the game, right-click on the "BorderlandsGOTY" file, go to "Properties", then to the "Compatibility" tab and select "Disable full-screen optimization"

I hope I was able to help someone. The manual may contain errors and inaccuracies, because I used a translator when creating it. With love from Russia <3
