In Forlong Swords, in the Sveinn Tribe, there is a stone carver named Drofa.
She has some lore dialogue about carving memorials in to stone.
There is no quest tied to her and no lore entries. It is easy to miss her entirely.
Later in the dialogue, you can get different items from different choices.
The dialogue will not tell you what they are ahead of time.
And it uses moon logic between dialogue and item.
Also, one of the options is bugged giving no item at all.
If you choose to leave a mark, you get nothing.
