How to Share Enshrouded World

My friends and I rarely line up online for Enshrouded, so our world sat idle. This quick setup shares the save so anyone can host in about 5 minutes

Setup Steps

1. Close Enshrouded completely after saving the game
2. Open SaveSync → Select Enshrouded
3. Click "+ New Save" → Choose your world
Enshrouded saves show as hex codes like "38d857c4" — just pick yours from the list
4. Wait for sync (green checkmark)
5. Click share icon → Add your friend

That's it! Your friend can now host your Enshrouded world.

1. Open SaveSync
2. Find the shared Enshrouded save
3. Click "Activate" → You'll see hex codes like "38d857c4", "39d85957"
Pick any slot — these map to Enshrouded's save slots
4. Select a slot and click "Activate"
5. Launch Enshrouded and play!

Important: SaveSync only works when Enshrouded is not running.

Additional Notes
Why Hex Codes?
Enshrouded uses hexadecimal identifiers for save folders instead of readable names. These appear as codes like:
38d857c4
39d85957
36d8549e
37d85631
34d85178

Each code represents a different world/server save. SaveSync displays these when you select a save.
