HIGH CPU TEMP FIX

I know a lot of people have been complaining about high temps on CPU when running this game, I found a temporary fix for now.

1. Open NVIDIA Control Panel
2. Manage 3D Settings
3. Program Settings
4. Add skate.exe (SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skate\skate.exe)
5. Max Frame Rate
6. Turn on and set to 60-110, This varies I'm guessing on your cpu, I was able to get away with 110 FPS cap and my cpu runs at 70 which is what most other games run at for me (i9-14900k & 4k 240hz Monitor)

This should serve as a temp fix, so your room doesn't turn into an oven until EA is competent enough to fix this stupid issue.
