Begins with Amphibious. Pillaging an Improvement or Trade Route does not cost an action and increases this Unit's Combat Strength for the rest of the turn.

UI: Sakop
Unlocked at Optics. Constructed on Coast tiles adjacent to land by embarked Workers. May not be built adjacent to another Sakop. +1 Food, +1 Gold. +1 additional Gold for every incoming international trade route.
