Description
This mod reduces the NPCs need to tell anecdotes, complain about things, talk to themselves, etc. By a large margin. They will still talk but they wont be chatting over each other non stop and telling the same joke over and over again.

Finally, someone thought of it, bravo. And another mod would be useful one, that would turn down the fucking voices from the loudspeaker in locations, like Rostok or Skadovsk generally all. Regards.
