The efficiency checklist for Titan Quest 2, born from 4 complete playthroughs of the available content (Chapters I-II, v0.2.0). It is designed for speedrunners, min-maxers, and anyone who doesn't want to miss the most useful rewards.

This guide focuses exclusively on World Quests and hidden secrets. Main story quests are excluded as they are completed naturally. Almost all notes that could contain spoilers are hidden, allowing you to discover the "how to do" yourself or reveal the hints only when you're stuck.

1) Strange Jar: XP + Rare Weapon
This quest was added primarily to provide you with a good weapon for the early levels.

Slay 3 Ichthian Guardians at the spots marked "2" and collect 3 Bull Coins.
3) The Secret Room in the Fiends' Hollow
XP + 10 EoN + 2 Chests with loot
The cave's interior is shown separately on the map with red numbers. Light the braziers in sequence to open the secret room.

4) The Trickster's Shrine
XP + 1 AtP
The "4" on the right side of the map marks the required quest item; bring it to the altar. Then, lead the turtle located slightly south of the marked spot to the altar. When it starts to glow, kill the turtle.
5) The Naiad and the Goats
XP + 1 PP
The Moly Root can be found near the marker "5" on the right. The northern marker "5" shows the location of the Sacred Lily inside a chest.
6) Pair of Spirits
XP + 10 EoN
You need to bring the Betrothal Rings to this Pair of Spirits. The rings are held by a bandit at the eastern marker "6".
7) Headhunt
XP + 1 AtP + Loot + Gold + 20 EoN
8) The Shattered God
XP + 1 AtP
9) Defend the Enclave
XP + 1 AtP + Gold
10) The Gorgon Snake
XP + 1 PP
This is part of a quest chain, unlocked after finishing "Missing Cows". Leave the Enclave and return later to marker "10".
11) Burial Rites
XP + 1 AP
12) Puzzle in the Northern Flooded Farmlands
XP + 10 EoN + Loot
Light the 4 braziers in sequence.
13) The Stone Poet
XP + 1 AP
14) Ichthian Shrine in the Northern Flooded Farmlands
XP + 10 EoN

15) Heroic Spirit

Kaenas' sword is located at the northern marker "15".
Important note: The level of the sword you receive from the Kaenas quest seems to be tied to the level of the monsters you fought alongside Kaenas. Therefore, you can complete this quest later, after you've raised the level of all monsters in the locations to high values.
16) Glowing Cauldron in the Fetid Wine Cellar
XP + 10 Max Energy
You need to collect 8 spider excretions from venomous spiders in the location and throw them into the cauldron.
17) Ruined Watchtower
XP + 15 EoN
Light the 3 braziers marked by "17", then light the main brazier at the gate to the Ruined Watchtower, and kill the mini-boss at the top of the tower.
18) Lionness Statue & Lion Statue Puzzle
XP + 5 EoN + Loot
The Moly Root is located to the left of the Northern Road portal.Approach the Lionness Statue, located slightly north of the Northern Road portal. Light the 2 braziers to activate the statue and enter the mini-location. At the end, you will find a memory puzzle. Activate the Lion Statue and light the braziers.

Chapter II - Northern Beaches

1) Wilderness Puzzle

2) Lost Brothers
XP + 2-3 Epic Items + Gold
Accept the quest from Koritto in Travelers' Refuge. Then head west to the location marked "2" and rescue the brothers by defeating the boss.
Important note:Epic quest rewards scale with the boss's level at the time of death. To get the best items, delay this quest until you've increased the zone's monster levels.
3) Temple of Poseidon Puzzle
XP + 10 EoN + Chests with loot
The key that drops after solving the puzzle and defeating the enemies will allow you to open the chest that was locked earlier in the location.
4) Statues of Knowledge, Agility, Might in the Coastal Foothills
10 EoN + Loot
Talk to the statues and choose which one to give the apple to. Your choice will determine the reward item you receive, and each item requires the specific attributes associated with that statue.
5) Burial Caves
XP + 10 EoN + Loot
Collect 3 bones in the Burial Caves, as marked on the image to the left of the main map. Then, throw them into the pit at marker "3," defeat the mini-boss, and you will be able to open the chest.
6) Ichthian Peddler in the Treacherous Coast
XP + 10 EoN + Loot
You can obtain a secret quest reward by offering the Ichthian Peddler 1000 coins 3 times.Be aware that while he gives a common item for every 1000 coins, my testing (after spending 20,000) yielded nothing of value. It's possible there is a very low drop chance for a unique item, but it seems highly inefficient.
7) The Lost Toy in the Abandoned Storerooms
XP + 15 EoN
Talk to Pythios after finding the Lost Toy, then return to the Travelers' Refuge and speak with Kallias there.

8) Well in the Ionian Coast
XP + 5 EoN + Something else
Throw the Bronze Coin (found in previous locations) into the well to receive an reward. A few seconds later, the well will produce one of several random effects: it may spit out gold/loot, generate a loot-filled jug, or summon monsters.
9) A Turtle's Lunch
XP + 1 AtP + Loot
10) The Queen's Hoard
XP + Gold + Epic Item in chest
Find the 3 skulls marked "10", then place them on the pedestals at the northern marker "10". After defeating the monsters, open the chest.
11) Ichthian Shrine in the Eastern Wilderness
XP + 5 EoN
Activate the Ichthian Shrine to start the challenge. Defeat all the monsters, including the mini-boss.

Talk to Aratus in Travelers' Refuge (he is standing to the left of the portal, near the campfire). Help him find his friends (unfortunately, I forgot to mark their location on the map during my playthrough). Their locations will be marked by the game.They will be standing in their places in the form of pigs. To turn them back into humans, you will need Moly Roots (which you might have collected during your playthrough).
Ancient Embers Questline (EoN)



Finally, we get to the purpose of EoN. For the "Ancient Embers" quest, you need to talk to a special NPC located first in Pyrgos, north of the portal, and then at a marked location on the map near Travelers' Refuge.

Currently (game version 0.2.0), her quest chain consists of 7 steps, requiring a total of 180 EoN to complete. This is why all the locations to obtain them were detailed earlier.

Important Note: Reward items from this quest scale with your character's level when you hand in the EoN. Therefore, for the most powerful rewards, it is advisable to complete these steps at the highest possible character level. But the decision is yours, depending on when you need these items the most.
  1. Talk to her for the first time after finding your first EoN. Reward: XP + Rare Necklace.
  2. Bring her 30 EoN. Reward: XP + 1 PP.
  3. Bring her 30 EoN. Reward: XP + 1 AP.
  4. Bring her 30 EoN. Reward: XP + Epic Item.
  5. Bring her 30 EoN. Reward: XP + 2 AtP.
  6. Bring her 30 EoN. Reward: XP + 2 Rare Rings.
  7. Bring her 30 EoN. Reward: XP + 1 PP.
