- Enable console command from settings
Settings > Systems > Enable Command Console
-open console with " ` " and put in " worldrender.lighttilecspathenable 0 " this made a day and night change for me hope help other as well

!!!! Important !!!!
Menu, loadout and shooting range will look very dark and kinda glitched but in match is all good

Of course is not a full fix and more of an improvement then anything
