This map contains all of the locations. If you are having trouble, you can open the in-game map (Default 'M' key) to cross-reference with the picture below:
Key:
Orange - Jack-o-Lantern
Pink - Hidden Bones
Red - Character Visit Locations
Green - Haunted Treasure

The easiest way to get to the Hidden Bones in the maze is to take the left path, but once you turn around the wall, hug the right side until you reach the bones.
