OP Outlander

Opis
I make some changes to skill set to make Outlander more OP. This mod also includes Outlander Tiered Passives (Aaydin)

Skill changes:
  • Chaos shot
    • More missiles per burst (3-5-7-10)
  • Vortex hex
    • Wider range (from radius 5 -> 8m)
    • Longer duration (15s) to (90s)
    • Target increased from (3-3-5-5) to (5-5-7-10)
  • Shattering Glaives
    • Explosion range 4.5/6m -> 5.5/7.5m
    • More glaives (1-1-1-1 -> 1-1-2-3)
  • Venomous Hail
    • Lower cooldown (2s->0.5s) for easier spam
    • Explosion range (4-5.5) (4.5-6-7.5m)
  • Shadow Shot
    • Increase split shot: 3-4-5-6 -> 3-5-7-10
  • Blade Pact
    • Duration 7-9-11-13 -> 15-25-35-60s
    • Bigger Area of Effect (8m -> 10m)
  • Stone Pact:
    • Bigger Area of Effect
    • Duration: 20s -> 60s
  • Repulsion Hex:
    • Longer duration: 1.5m -> 5m
  • Shadow Mantle:
    • Duration: 10s -> 150s
  • Burning Leap
    • Faster cast 0-10-20-30% -> 0-15-30-50%
    • Extend range 7-9-11-13m -> 7-10-12-15m
  • Glaive Sweep
    • More range 4-5.5m -> 5-7m
  • Flaming Glaives
    • More Glaives per cast
  • SandStorm
    • Glaives move faster
    • More Glaives per cast
  • Shadowling Brute
    • More brutes can be summoned (1-> 1/1/2/3)
    • Lower cooldown (30s -> 5s)
Maybe I will consider some power balance and more lazy approaches (like some skills into passives) in the future. If you want to add/suggest your changes/balance to this mod, just dm me or comment below

I actually have messy versions like this for all four classes, but I’ve decided to take a more reasonable approach, similar to what I did with the recent Engineer mod. In my previous Berserker mod, the dash skill gave 200% movement speed and could one-shot most enemies XD

This was my very first mod, and I really went all-in on making it “OP.” I duplicated positions instead of separating them, didn’t match visuals properly — there are a lot of rough parts like that. I had actually prepared some updates, like permanent Wolf Packs, buffed passives, and better balance. Unfortunately, my Berserker and Outlander characters were lost during all the trial and error, so I kind of lost motivation to keep going with it.

Part 2:

Stone Pact:
Bigger Area of Effect: Didn't notice much of a change in the field itself. One field was hidden and seemed to take longer than 60s. I did get the bonus but it looked a bit of... Seems you made the radius bigger but not the green indication field?

Fire Glaive and Sandstorm are now also very OP with no casting cooldown you can spam them like crazy :P

Nice, with this kind of skill changes u need to make changes in the layout files?

Vortex hex: With really a long time of searching I found that this buddy also is found in the monsters folder (alongside the berserker battle standard) here you can make adjustments like "you now can summon an second hex" for x seconds happen and actually working.

Shattering Glaives
Explosion range 4.5/6m -> 5.5/7.5m
More glaives (1-1-1-1 -> 1-1-2-3)
This are crazy bombs now! They do stack together, I think it's possible to change the angle between the glaives a bit in the code like 10 degree or so? This way they still snipe, bomb at close and spread at distance.

Shadow Shot
Increase split shot: 3-4-5-6 -> 3-5-7-10
Love this change, my took on it was giving it a small chance to spawn an shadow ally on strike.
