Creating a custom server
You need to log into the game, open the mod browser, and subscribe to the following mods:
1) "Unlimied ammo"
2) "Realisticgunsmod"
3) "Player Collisions" by Leaf115
4) "Dust 2 CSGO" map by vdchina

Next, create an online lobby in "Search and Destroy" mode with these mods (unfortunately, you can't play it offline with bots) and go ahead.
There remains one problem: finding 9 people for a full 5v5 session.
