Prisoner Exchange

Features:
  • Exchange your prisoners with other lords.
  • Negotiate for gold, favors, or even herds for nomadic realms.
  • The AI also makes use of this mechanic, making every game more dynamic and unpredictable.

Thank you, but I think the check for whether someone is your liege is broken because I get the +20 bonus even when asking independent emperors for prisoners

Great mod in theory, but the base reluctance being so high makes it so nobody wants to give or receive any prisoners. Please add more modifiers like vassals being more willing to give their prisoners to their liege, friendship, maybe diplomacy or intrigue?
