This is merely an upscaling of textures from this already existing mod:
Beta Blood Bile
I merely took the low quality 256x256 vtf file for the Blood texture and upscaled it to be 8x the quality, 2048x2048.

Instead of the boring green spew, you get showered in blood! How delightful!
