Guide for Artifact Titles / Equipment Titles

This is a guide for Artifact Title as well as Equipment title.
Since most of the information is in Japanese, this should help clarify the title drop rate and effects for English speakers.
Also it is a work in progress, feel free to write what you think is wrong in the comments, i'll try to modify the guide if it seems like a good improvement.

Equipment Titles 1
"Title cut" that you put on your equipment is able to stop low level title from appearing on the equipment you find.
Maximum title cut is 86 from equipment, trying to put more doesn't work.
That would mean that all the title from number 1 to number 86 won't be able to drop.

Tips: You can buy multiple Flower Shields from the store, dismantle them to obtain the “Happy” title, and then apply that title to your shield, weapon, and armor. Since “Happy” reduces title cost by 8 and each piece of equipment can hold four titles, using it 11 times allows you to reach a total title cost reduction of 86 (88 but it's over the limit).

PS: Most of the equipment titles have been translated from Japanese, so many names may not match the official English version. I’ll update them with the correct names gradually.

From this point on, the titles listed below are Ultra Rare variants. As far as I understand, you can obtain them when enemies are level 9999, when purchasing from the shop using the 'Strengthen Enemies' option, or while exploring a Mega-Geon.
(It seems you can drop all thoses titles in Mega-geon but only the first 10 of those titles can be dropped on lvl 9999 / strengthen enemies)
