Some say those files are lost within the Matrix.
I also recommend 2 things:
1. Try "Run this program as administrator" from the folders of the game.
2. Try running the dx11 from the game folder just to test it out before adding it to Steam.
3. Try running it in compatibility mode.
I've tried adding both the normal dx9 exe as well as dx11 exe, not at the same time btw.
Still, games wants to go in but at 99, it crashes. I need more assistance PLZ
Additionally, there might be some missing Microsoft C++ redistributable missing. In some cases you manually update your graphics card or install an older version of DirectX, what GPU are you using may I ask?
