Introduction

Are you grinding for tickets in race park? How about a festival event? Does your team keep falling short of getting the most rings? Look no further than this guide by a fool with little research!

While this guide will not help you win races (which would help you win the match in general :p), getting more rings could help you get those 10 extra points that have the potential to steal a win!
Step 1: Gadgets
If it wasn't evident by the festival events giving a rental gadget page for Ring Grab, they are paramount to obtaining an excessive amount of rings. While I'm not certain what rentals future festival events will have, the Miku Festival starts you off with a Dash Panel Bounty gadget. This is fine, but you can do a bit better...

Dash Panel Combo Bounty

This gadget gives you 3 rings when you use a dash panel/ring, which is two less than the aforementioned gadget, however each dash panel used soon after give you an additional 3 rings stacking up to 30 rings per dash panel. After using three dash panels you already gain 3 extra rings than if you had stuck to the standard bounty gadget, and this difference will only increase with each subsequent dash panel. There are not many maps that enable a long enough chain of dash panels, but we will talk about them later.

Air Trick Bounty

Sadly not all maps have copious amounts of dash panels, so this gadget (ideally combined with Air Trick Expert) is my usual choice for secondary ring generation. This gadget excels in any map with water or long jumps/falls. Depending on your play-style or map choice this gadget could be subbed out for another of your choice.
Step 2: Map Choice
Let's not beat around the bush. The best map for Dash Panel Combo Bounty is:

To be frank, I'm not about to count which maps have the most dash panels per lap, but I'm fairly certain Radical Highway has the most and it likely is not close. There are two sections with enough dash panels to reach the high bonus ring stacks.

Rail Grind Bridge

As a fun nod to the classic Radical Highway, where Shadow starts the grinding down the Highway's support rails, you can jump onto the rails of the bridge and achieve something similar with numerous dash panels. What's more is that an extreme item box appears at the peak of the rail during the third lap!

Due to the rail being extremely thin, it may be difficult to land here if you find yourself trapped in the chaos of a race, but if you are confident in landing the jump and not falling off the entire way you will profit greatly!

Fork Before the End

At first glance, the right path has more rings, but they are spread in a way which is only really useful with the Void Wisp item or the Ring Range Up gadget. The left path has more dash panels that can even continue the combo into the three dash panels in the outside turn right before the final straight.

Lap 2 - Crossworld Choice

This section is getting long enough as is so let's quickly speed through the Crossworld selection!
Prioritize Galactic Parade, Golden Temple, Steampunk City, and maybe Digital Circuit depending on how confident you are at maximizing dash panel usage. Of course you could try to gamble on Fever Time on the off chance you get extra dash rings which could easily double your ring count.
Step 3: Profit!
On average you should get 900+ rings on Radical Highway, more if you get a good Crossworld. Unless your teammates get practically no rings, the bonus 10 points should be in the bag! That being said, still trying to get high placements is still advised. If you know any better maps or strategies for obtaining too many rings feel free to comment about it.

Happy Ring Grabbing!
