[PM] Lowpoly Modern Russian army

Lowpoly models of the Russian army from 2016-2020.
I don't know what else to write here...

Models include:
- 2 camouflages (EMR and "Spectr", as well as their mixed version)
- 2 head models
- 2 helmet models (with and without glasses)
- Gear bodygroup
- c_hands (Yes, I made them.)
