In Custom mode

Make your item
-

Select the 3 lines in the upper left corner - then the Steam Workshop Tab

Name your item and select category - then upload!

You have now uploaded you item to the workshop!

How to update a Workshop Item

In Custom mode select the 3 lines in the upper left corner - then the Load tab.
Select the workshop tab, at the top of the screen, above your items

Select your workshop item (they should have a little steam icon next to them)

Your item has now been downloaded and you have to select it again, the same way as you did before
Select load - workshop - your item

Now you are editing the correct one - you can be sure when it says "Editing workshop upload" in the left corner

Make your edits
-

Select the Steam Workshop tab under the 3 lines

Press update
-

You have now updated you item to the workshop!
