Okay, so Progressbar NOT 5.0 is a operating system that unlocks when you get expert in 1 operating system. It allows you to make custom gamemodes and give your self a challenge.
How to unlock it
You could just play your way through Progressbar95 and get it yourself, but there is an easier way. You will first go to an operating system, like Progressbar 95. Then play 3d screensaver 100 times or less to unlock Expert. Getting Expert will unlock Progressbar NOT 5.0.
