Yes. For this to work, we're going to be utilizing the power of Cheat Engine and its capabilities.

And this will be have to be running in the background as you play, or else you may risk losing the change (It's possible to close cheat engine, and still have it working afterwards. Best to keep it running in the background though)

The STEPS
1. Download the following Cheat Engine file

2. Open it and select your "Borderlands4.exe", then click on "Open"

3. At the bottom you should see"ViewModelFOV" and to the right "Value"
The value is what we'll be tinkering with, to get ones desired Fov.

4. Make sure it's active, by checking the "Active" box, then double-click on "Value" and change it to whatever suits you best.

105+ is where you'll start to notice clipping. Sky's the limit though, so go crazy, if you feel like it

5. Profit.

You've not successfully increased your ViewModel Fov.
This is truly cinema!
