Goredello is a 3-round arena in Terminus Range. Stack kills fast, hit 40 per round for Platinum, grab round loot, then a red chest. Resets every 2 hours. Great Eridium and legendary farming.

What is a Goredello World Event?
Goredello is a timed arena fight inside The Goredello in Terminus Range. You talk to Harold, ring the bell, then clear three escalating rounds under strict timers. Each round has a small side challenge that adds bonus time. Rewards scale by tier: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum. Finish all three rounds and you still pop a guaranteed red chest. Simple idea. Savagely efficient for gear.

You can find the event here:

How does it work?
Solo pacing looks like this:

  • Round 1 is 2:30 with a bonus-time task for explosive barrel kills
  • Round 2 is 3:00 with a melee task
  • Round 3 is 3:30 with a crit-kill task.

In co-op the kill thresholds scale up with party size. Between rounds you get a 1-minute breather. Use it well.

Reset rules. The event resets every two hours and only ticks down while you remain in Terminus Range. If you’re camping the reset, don’t idle right at the entrance. Wait elsewhere in the zone to avoid hiccups.

Platinum tracking matters. In solo you’re shooting for 40 kills each round to lock Platinum-tier round rewards. Complete the event once to earn the Arena Grande trophy.
How do you achieve Platinum?
  • Prep your elements by round. Bring Incendiary for Rounds 1 and 2 since the waves lean heavily into Creeps that melt under fire. Swap to Shock and Corrosive for Round 3 to shred blue shields and yellow armor fast

  • Front-load the bonus time. Do the side challenge immediately each round so the extra seconds actually help you finish more kills. Barrels first, then melee, then clean crits

  • Prioritize trash mobs. Ignore tanky Badasses and Judges unless they block spawns. You need kill count, not hero moments.

  • Route the arena. Start on the outer ring, sweep through the mid, finish on the stage to cash the Lootsplosion without wasting spawns. Keep moving to keep spawns alive.

  • Use the 1-minute intermission smartly. Reload, vender dump, mods checked. Pro tip from experience: don’t walk back to the start pad until you’re truly ready since it can auto-advance flow.

  • Solo thresholds in mind. You’re aiming for 10/20/30/40 within each round window. In co-op, thresholds climb with team size, so assign roles. One player hunts the challenge objective, others keep the kill feed rolling.

  • Survivability without slowing down. Equip at least one panic button like a high-capacity shield or quick-cast heal so you never stop shooting. Movement beats face tanking here. (General combat best-practice.)

  • Farm cycle. After your third Lootsplosion and red chest, set a two-hour circuit with nearby activities, then swing back when the Goredello icon reappears.
