Important Note:
Many players believe drones collect nearby materials — that’s not true.
Drones actually create resources out of thin air.
Even if you’ve manually cleared everything nearby, they’ll keep generating your chosen item.

💡 Tip: For maximum efficiency, assign each drone to produce only one resource type (for example, Strange Diamond).
This prevents wasted cycles on useless materials like Radiant Ore.

1. 1× Drone Station
   
2. Any plort for charging — rarer plorts provide a higher initial charge.
   
3. Access to the biome where your target resource spawns (e.g. Strange Diamond, Radiant Ore, etc.)

Drones don’t collect — they generate.
Once deployed and charged, they continuously generate your chosen resource, independent of normal respawn mechanics.

This means:
- You can harvest indefinitely.
- You don’t need to wait for resource nodes.
- The area never runs out, even if mined clean.

1. Craft the Drone
   Find a Phantom Drone hovering near one of your ranch expansions.
   Interact with it to salvage its Blueprint.
   Then craft it in your Lab Fabricator.
   
   
2. Set Up the Drone Station
   Locate a spot where your desired material normally appears.
   Place the station at that location.
   Charge it using any plort — rarer = longer runtime.
   
   
3. Activate the Drone
   Assign it to collect only your chosen resource (e.g. Strange Diamond).

   Watch as it begins producing items from thin air — quickly, efficiently, and endlessly!
