“The Citadel's on full alert, i've never seen it lit up like that!”

This simple reskin darkens the Citadel texture while adding some combine insignias (Combine Clamp, City Logo and a combination of the two) as well.

Also adds the insignias to the EP1 Citadel for consistency. trust me it's there

This is a nice little addition if you don't like how the Citadel looks so out of place with the other combine tech for having that weird blue-ish color.

Feedback and suggestions are appreciated.

I've been working on my own version in GIMP for the past hour or so. Would you mind if I uploaded my edit? I will credit you if I do. The one you linked is not really what I'm looking for here.

Could you make a version of this without the Combine insignia? I'm basically asking for a version that just adds a darker texture to the citadel.
