Intro
This guide couldn't have been done without a video titled "This game is hiding something: NeverHome - Hall of Apathy" by Echonox.
One of the early playtesters of this game.

Very special thanks.

And now for the guide.

Here's all 10 achievements for this game in one tutorial.

Warning spoilers, please play the game first. It should only take around 2 hours to do the content in this guide.
Story Achievements

This Achievement is obtained after completing the first section of the game, the Gallery.

In these puzzles you will do a series of "Loves Me" and "Loves me not" prompts based on the picture above the button. After clearing all of those you're able to go down the staircase on the right side of the gallery and encounter the "Red Guy" (I don't actually know his name, he's not really given one). Then go to the elevator to get this achievement

This Achievement is obtained after completing the second section of the game, the Greater Hall

Your main goal is to collect figures and place them in the center area of the greater hall to open the door. There are notches on the balcony on the top of the stairs for each figure.

This Achievement is obtained after completing the third and final section of the game, the Cervical Antechamber

Your goal in this area is to match the symbol of the crest next to the exit with the crest on the floor.

This Achievement is obtained for completing the game and killing the final boss Smirk
Miss-able Achievements

This one can be obtained after obtaining the box cutter from the tutorial area and slashing both of the Mannequins to get the chess pieces.

Then, give the chess piece to the Castle in the Greater Hall

Give the Memory Fragment to Seven in the Stained Glass room immediately, if you don't the fragment may glitch and get deleted.

You can still access Seven regardless of if the pane is broken or not

For this memory fragment, you'll need to have talked to the gardener and tell him to move on, this can be done after you complete the flower puzzle in the Gallery.

Make sure you read his letter, if you don't he doesn't spawn later

Afterwards, you'll need to go to the river coffin room and go down, literally following the yellow ribbon downward (Start from the top and go to the bottom, precisely standing on the ribbon), this will likely need to be done when the lights are out and you've already done hide and go seek with the girl, that or the Cervical Antechamber needs to almost be complete or completed. Kill the butterflies in this area to get the memory fragment from a fairy.

After unlocking the cervical Antechamber, once you reach the room before the Smirk boss fight, don't save, and die to Smirk. When you reload your save, regardless of where you saved (whether it's the save room outside in the Greater hall, or the one in the Cervical Antechamber), go to the Cervical Antechamber save room and collect the Memory Fragment.

After Peri has completed the Slide Puzzle in the Greater Hall, she will join you in the Safe Room.

Interact with the Legally Distinct connect 4 game to get an achievement where you watch Peri completely decimate Callum at the game.

Hewbo? He random

This achievement is a very rare random chance, it probably took around 30 minutes of walking between the fountain and the bookshelf room before the event happened.

After progressing pass Callum's death, there is a random event where a headless Callum will be standing in the bookshelf room between the main hall and the fountain room.

Enter the room, and go up to Callum's grave. Watch a cutscene involving a game crash. You'll get the achievement at the end here. You won't die.
