Introduction
Hello,

I wanted to know more about what the impacts on speed stats.
I ran some tests and I share results it could be usefull.
Results at Sonic Speed level
I used different car, pilot and gadget to pump the stats. (no speed boot from gadgets)
Note: values recorded at Sonic Speed level

Conclusion
So the difference is quite small between the slowest and the fastest is only 3/4 speed with same amount of rings

Still in long straight line it can make difference in a race.

Note: A high Boost stat will increase your top speed while in boost, as well as the length of the boost itself. So I think Boost will have more effect if your top speed is higher.

Note: the delta between 0 and 100 rings is smaller at highest speed.

The speed caps at 100 rings. Having 130 or 200 rings is just so you don't immediately lose your max speed when you take a hit
