The last 3 Mayor's Requests

I was having a hard time triggering requests 20-22 in Belvau!
No hints whatsoever what you need to do. So here's what to do:

You need to build a Bakery and a Whinery in Belvau. This means you'll have to unlock stuff in Fontebrac, so that you can build farms and the like on the other map. Was driving me nuts.

I got stuck, I do have the Bakery and Winery on Belvau,
But after cleaning the posters it went silent, then I tried getting other achievments but for no good, it didn't trigger the requests after the cleaning up

I'm stuck on the last request after taking down the posters. Not really sure what to do for the last one request to pop up.

I got it around 600 population once I built a restaurant. Though the request was to raise someone with very low happiness to 100%. Not sure if the restaurant building triggered it or not.

I got the last farming town's request after upgrading one of the houses to bourgeoisie one. Pretty sure that was the trigger, as nothing else happened there

I really don't remember, sorry. It was pretty straight forward though as far as I remember.
I built a larger city in Fontebrac first before I went back to Belvau to get that shit up and running.
Probably a farm of some sort, or a building needing that resource.

Thanks @m4ilman. For anyone having trouble with this, you can put more posters up on houses and then delete the houses to trigger this as well.

Any idea what triggers the last (8th) mayor's request in the farming town? Thanks!

I would think it's just wait. If I remember correctly, the last request was to remove all or at least a few of the ad posters you had to put up for the requests before.

I have unlocked and built everything on both maps, but I could not trigger the last mayor's request in Belvau.Is there any point I did not notice?Or I just need to wait the request?
