Introduction
This is an in-depth guide for every wanderer featured in the full release of Tokyo Xtreme Racer (2025), up to date as of version 1.1.1.

This guide will include the Wanderer's name and number (e.g. W-001: Immortal Clown), their car, their location (what area of the map they can be found), their special requirements and any tips and tricks to take them down.

As of Version 1.1.1, there are 72 Wanderers present in the game, and in order to complete the True Ending, you must beat all 72.

Starting with Version 1.1.0, guest Wanderers have been added, and they are listed in the Wanderers section, so I thought it would be best to add them here. As of Version 1.1.1, there is only 1 guest Wanderer, but it is likely more will be added down the line.

For those wondering, the guest Wanderers do not count towards the main progression of the story. As found by Aoi Nagase, the guests will not count towards other Wanderers' requirements and you can beat them independently of the game's main story.

To make navigating this guide easy, each Wanderer will have their own section, which you can click on to get to the one you need to access.
General advice
This section is mainly for general tips and advice to help you beat all Wanderers in as little time as possible.

A number of Wanderers will have multiple requirements. (e.g. only appears on X days and requires a specific car) If a Wanderer has multiple requirements, all of the requirements must be met in order to be challenged.

Just because you have met the requirements does not mean the Wanderer will be available to race. If you go on to the "ENTER COURSE" screen, and the Wanderer you want is not available, you can enter anywhere and immediately return to the garage. This will skip a day and reset the pool of available racers, giving you another opportunity to find the exact Wanderer you want.

There will be a number of Wanderers that require you to reach certain milestones in game. (e.g. X amount of money obtained, X total km driven etc.) In order to check these, you can check the "JOURNAL" on the left of your screen while in the garage. This will also allow you to check your highest win streak, which will be necessary for some Wanderers.

A number of Wanderers will require you to change your licence plate. In order to do so, you can go to your "Collection" and change the licence plate of any of your cars by selecting the "LICENCE PLATE" option. This will allow you to change the region, the classification code (the 3 numbers at the top) and the licence plate number. The only part that you need to worry about in regards to the Wanderers is the region of your licence plate. In this guide, I will detail where exactly to find specific regions in the licence plate menu for those who cannot read Japanese. (me neither)

There are a few misnomers in the requirements for some of the Wanderers, and in those cases, I will correct the requirement in that Wanderer's specific section.

There are 12 mandatory cars necessary for beating some Wanderers, as they only accept mirror matches. The cars you will need to buy are listed below:
  • Daihatsu COPEN Cero (LA400K) '15
  • Honda CIVIC TYPE R (FL5) '22
  • Mazda RX-7 Type RZ (FD3S) '00
  • Any Mitsubishi car
  • Nissan 180SX TYPE X w/SUPER HICAS (KRPS13) '96
  • Nissan FAIRLADY Z Version ST (Z33) '05
  • Nissan FAIRLADY Z Version ST (RZ34) '24
  • Nissan FAIRLADY 240Z (HS30S) '71
  • Toyota bB Z X Version (NCP31) '03
  • Toyota MARK X 350RDS (GRX133) '16
  • Toyota GR YARIS RZ (GXPA16) '20
  • Suzuki ALTO WORKS (HA36S) '15

There are also some Wanderers that require you to beat them with specific types of car. (e.g. rotary powered, naturally aspirated, FR drivetrain etc.) The above list of cars will likely cover all of those requirements as well, but you are free to use any car you want that fits those requirements, not only the cars in this list.

Finally, when racing against the team "DESIRE" during the main story, it would make your life easier to defeat their team leader, "DARK NIGHT'S BETELGEUSE" a total of 5 times, as this is part of a specific Wanderer's requirement. You can always re-roll the pool of drivers to get "DARK NIGHT'S BETELGEUSE" again, and in my experience it didn't take me very long to get them again, but others have expressed difficulty in re-rolling to get them to appear again.

If there are any other general pieces of advice you think should be added to this section, please feel free to add them in the comments, and I will put them in the guide with credit to you.
Locations
In this guide, I have put the location of each Wanderer in their individual sections to make it easier to track them down. However, the Shuto Expressway is very large, so I have detailed where exactly each area is. This will include the Parking Areas as well.

C1 Inner Loop/Outer Loop

The C1 is in the top left of the map. The Outer Loop is the clockwise direction, while the Inner Loop is the counter clockwise direction.

New Circular Line Left Turn/Right Turn

The New Circular Line (previously referred to as the Shinkanjou Line in the old games) is directly to the right of the C1 on the map. It uses part of the C1 as well as part of the Bayshore Line. The "Right Turn" is the clockwise direction, while the "Left Turn" is the counter clockwise direction.

Bayshore Line Eastbound/Westbound

The Bayshore Line wraps around the whole of the Shuto Expressway, from the top right of the map all the way down the to the bottom left. Due to it's size, I have split the image of the Bayshore Line into 2 separate images. Eastbound is the direction going up, whereas Westbound is the direction going down.

Yokohane Line Upbound/Downbound

The Yokohane Line is in the bottom half of the map. It wraps around the bottom left and goes up to about the middle of the whole expressway. It connects to the Haneda Line, which itself connects to the C1 and the rest of the expressway. In game, Wanderers that say they spawn on the Yokohane Line seem to also spawn on the Haneda Line as well, so any part of this long stretch of road going up to the C1 is fair game. Upbound and Downbound speak for themselves as to which direction they go in.

Shibaura PA, Hakozaki PA and Tatsumi PA

The Shibaura, Hakozaki and Tatsumi Parking Areas are in the top half of the map. They can be accessed from the New Circular Line. Hakozaki can be accessed from either direction, but Shibaura can only be accessed from the New Circular Line Right Turn, whereas Tatsumi can only be accessed from the New Circular Line Left Turn, or the Bayshore Line Eastbound.

Heiwajima PA (Upbound and Downbound)

The Heiwajima Parking Areas are in the middle of the map and can be accessed via the Yokohane Line/Haneda Line. Due to the existence of 2 separate parking areas, they can be accessed from either direction.

Daikoku PA

The Daikoku Parking Area is at the bottom left of the map, and can be accessed from the Bayshore Line and the Yokohane Line. It can be accessed from either direction.

W-012: Wind of Napoli

Location: Yokohane Line Upbound
Requirements:
  • Have more than 100km (63mi) of total distance driven
  • Only battles against the Suzuki ALTO WORKS (HA36S) '15

The requirement in-game incorrectly says that the Wanderer only races you if you don't have a neon.
W-015: Shonan Affair

Location: C1 Inner Loop
Requirements:
  • Only battles against cars with rotary engines

If you don't know whether your car has a rotary engine, you can check in the top right of the "Collection" screen. If your car has an "RE" engine, it is rotary powered.

W-016: Jet Skater

Location: New Circular Route Right Turn

You can check the drivetrain of your car in the top right of the "Collection" screen.

W-018: Unbalanced Ishii

Location: C1 Inner Loop
Requirements:
  • Only battles cars with 1 or more aero parts equipped

Note that unfortunately, wheels do not count as aero parts. Only parts like the front bumper or rear spoiler count, so cars that don't have aero customization (such as the Lexus LFA) will not be available to use for this Wanderer.
W-019: Last Flight

Location: Yokohane Line Downbound
Requirements:
  • Only battles cars with no tuning modifications
W-020: Tragic Matterhorn

Location: Tatsumi Parking Area
Requirements:
  • Only battles against the Nissan FAIRLADY Z Version ST (Z33) '05
W-021: Impatient Princess

Location: Heiwajima Parking Area (Downbound)
Requirements:
  • Have more than 2000km (1243mi) of total distance driven

This is a lot of distance but if you complete the main 5 stages of the story, you should reach this without much struggle. If you don't reach 2000km by the time you get to the end of Stage 5, you can always drive up and down the Bayshore Line with a car tuned to go above 400km/h.
W-022: Highway Gambler

Location: C1 Inner Loop
Requirements:
  • Accumulate over 77,777,777 total CP

Note that this is your lifetime CP, which you can check in the "JOURNAL" section in the garage.

W-023: Raspberry Kiss

Location: Daikoku Parking Area
Requirements:
  • Will only battle cars with a body tuning level of 2 or higher
W-024: Craftsman Manabe

Location: Yokohane Line Upbound
Requirements:
  • Only battles cars with 1 or more aero parts equipped

Note that unfortunately, wheels do not count as aero parts. Only parts like the front bumper or rear spoiler count, so cars that don't have aero customization (such as the Lexus LFA) will not be available to use for this Wanderer.
W-025: Gold License

Location: New Circular Route Right Turn
Requirements:
  • Defeat "Mad Stranger" from the team "Red Pollution"
  • Only battles against the Daihatsu COPEN Cero (LA400K) '15
W-026: Indomitable Alexander

Location: New Circular Route Left Turn
Requirements:
  • Have more than 3000km (1865mi) total distance driven

This requirement is a timesink. I drove anywhere and everywhere I could and by the time I had finished the other 71 Wanderers, I was still 650km short. I did laps of the whole expressway and got to 3000km in about 2 hours. My best advice for this one is have fun :)
W-027: Surfing Umibozu

Location: Yokohane Line Downbound
Requirements:
  • Only appears on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Only battles against cars with a 4WD drivetrain layout

You can check the drivetrain of your car in the top right of the "Collection" screen.

W-028: Snow Dancer

Location: Bayshore Line Eastbound
Requirements:
  • Only battles against cars with custom body colors

The requirement in-game incorrectly says that the Wanderer only battles if you don't have a custom color.
W-029: Kumamoto License Plate

Location: Tatsumi Parking Area
Requirements:
  • Will only battle cars with a Kumamoto (熊本) licence plate

Here is where the Kumamoto option is located in the licence plate selection screen:

W-030: Strongest Maamin

Location: Bayshore Line Westbound
Requirements:
  • Only battles cars with a leopard print vinyl equipped

The specific vinyl you need is found in the "Camouflage" section of the vinyl editor. This is the one you need:

W-031: Goggled Grin

Location: C1 Outer Loop
Requirements:
  • Defeat W-028: "Snow Dancer"
W-032: Secret Blend

Location: Shibaura Parking Area
Requirements:
  • Visit Shibaura Parking Area 15 times or more

This one happened naturally for me but I think just going into Shibaura, returning to the garage and entering again until the Wanderer shows up should work.
W-033: Gentle Examiner

Location: New Circular Route Right Turn
Requirements:
  • Only battles cars with an FF drivetrain layout

You can check the drivetrain of your car in the top right of the "Collection" screen.

W-034: Mountain Man

Location: New Circular Route Right Turn
Requirements:
  • Only appears on Wednesdays and Thursdays
W-035: Flying Fish of Shuto Expressway

Location: Bayshore Line Eastbound
Requirements:
  • Defeat "Swimmer Yuto" from the team "Commander"
  • Only battles against the Nissan FAIRLADY Z Version ST (RZ34) '24
W-036: Helper Robot

Location: Heiwajima Parking Area (Upbound)
Requirements:
  • Only battles against the Toyota GR YARIS RZ (GXPA16) '20
W-037: Red Storm

Location: Bayshore Line Westbound
Requirements:
  • Win 400 battles

This figure includes battles won against traffic cars, so don't worry about only winning battles against actual racers. By the time you finish Stage 5, you should hopefully have more than 400 wins.
W-038: Roulette Guy V3

Location: Bayshore Line Westbound
Requirements:
  • Shows up after hearing the rumor at a Parking Area

The "rumor" in question is available when you see a yellow speech bubble above a parking area. Usually these bubbles are white to signify there is a conversation to be had (just a normal one, usually just a bit of funny lore) but when they are yellow, that signifies there is a rumor about a Wanderer, or a rumor pertaining to the main story. You want to keep listening to these rumors until Roulette Guy V3 shows up in the "Wanderers" section on the "Reference" screen.

Here is what the yellow rumor bubble looks like next to a normal white bubble:

W-039: Lonely Wolf

Location: C1 Inner Loop
Requirements:
  • Complete 500 total battles

This requirement counts any battle you have completed: win or lose.

However, I don't know if draws count. (since a draw would suggest the battle was stopped before it could finish definitively) By the time you get to the very end of the game, you'll probably have more than 500 wins, let alone 500 total battles, so it shouldn't matter too much.
W-040: Steel Triangle

Location: Heiwajima Parking Area (Upbound)
Requirements:
  • Only battles against Mitsubishi cars
W-041: God Ear

Location: C1 Inner Loop
Requirements:
  • Only battles against naturally aspirated (NA) cars

You can check your engine's aspiration in the top right of the "Collection" screen, under "INTAKE SYSTEM". Note that many cars that start as naturally aspirated eventually get a turbo when tuned with higher levels of engine tuning, so be careful not to accidentally put a turbo on your naturally aspirated car.

W-042: Ghost Soul

Location: Yokohane Line Upbound
Requirements:
  • Will only battle cars with a Yokohama (横浜) licence plate

Here is where the Yokohama option is located in the licence plate selection screen:

W-043: Mr. N-Tsuka

Location: Yokohane Line Downbound
Requirements:
  • Only battles cars with the "INFINITY" sticker equipped

The requirement in-game incorrectly says that the Wanderer only battles cars without the sticker equipped.

Note that you can use either a sticker or a vinyl: both will work for the Wanderer.

The sticker is found in the "RIVAL EMBLEM" section in the vinyl editor, and looks like this:

W-044: Fire Legend

Location: Yokohane Line Downbound
Requirements:
  • Own 15 or more cars in your garage
  • Only battles against the Nissan FAIRLADY Z 240Z (HS30S) '71

This one will take you some time. The 15 cars requirement isn't too bad, since you will need 12 cars for all the wanderers, and you will also have your starter car from the beginning of the game, making 13. Buy 2 more and you have that one ticked off.

The more difficult requirement is the 240Z. The car is very expensive, so I would recommend whenever you have the chance, get the car as soon as possible to save yourself the hassle of grinding for it. The tuning will also eat up a lot of money: it is not as expensive as, say, the LFA, but it certainly isn't as cheap as something like the Alto Works. You will need a fairly tuned car, so expect to spend a lot of your money on this car just for 1 race.

This was my penultimate Wanderer and I was flat broke before even buying the car, so I would implore you to save yourself the hassle and buy the car at your earliest convenience.
W-045: FD Tomo-san

Location: Daikoku Parking Area
Requirements:
  • Only battles against the Mazda RX-7 Type RZ (FD3S) '00
W-046: Local Rich Man

Location:New Circular Route Right Turn
Requirements:
  • Will only battle cars with an Iwaki (いわき) licence plate

Here is where the Iwaki option is located in the licence plate selection screen:

W-047: Toyosu Speedster

Location: Shibaura Parking Area
Requirements:
  • Only appears on days that are multiples of 10
  • Will only battle cars without a nitro system installed
W-048: Something Fun

Location: Hakozaki Parking Area
Requirements:
  • Only battles cars with 20 or more vinyls applied
W-049: Chic Sprint

Location: New Circular Route Right Turn
Requirements:
  • Defeat "DARK NIGHT'S BETELGEUSE" from the team "DESIRE" 5 or more times
  • Only battles cars with the "DESIRE" sticker equipped

This is that Wanderer I mentioned in the "General advice" section. Like I mentioned there, it would be wise to defeat them 5 times when you first encounter them rather than doing it later.

W-050: Hydro Drift Ninja

Location: New Circular Route Left Turn
Requirements:
  • Will only battle cars with a Shiga (滋賀) licence plate

Here is where the Shiga option is located in the licence plate selection screen:

W-051: Lady Lightning

Location: C1 Outer Loop
Requirements:
  • Only battles against the Honda CIVIC TYPE R (FL5) '22

For me, this was probably hands down the hardest Wanderer.

I was running out of money and could only afford to tune my FL5 about 80% of the way to max. And unless I got quite lucky, the race was near impossible: even with one of the Lv. MAX upgrades from the Legendary Tuner. Once I got a bit more money and was able to max the car out, the race was very easy.

My advice is that unlike the rest of the mirror match Wanderers, you cannot get away with lightly tuning your car and beating this one. Even a fairly heavily tuned car will struggle.

Or maybe I'm just mid at the game ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
W-052: One Bridge Sergeant

Location: Yokohane Line Downbound
Requirements:
  • Only races slammed cars

"Slammed" is vague, but as Codey found, you only need to lower your ride height in some way: even -1 will work.

Shame it doesn't mean to actually slam the car. I thought it would be funny to beat a Wanderer with an actually slammed car, so I did this to my LFA.

W-053: Mystic Barber

Location: Heiwajima Parking Area (Upbound)
Requirements:
  • Have a win streak of 20 or more
  • Will only battle cars without a nitro system installed

Note that you do not need to have an active 20 win streak before you challenge the Wanderer. You just need to have had a 20 win streak at some point before challenging them. As mentioned previously, you can check your highest win streak on the "JOURNAL" section in the garage.
W-054: Loyal Knight

Location: Daikoku Parking Area
Requirements:
  • Only battles cars with no tuning modifications
W-055: Tuesday's Big Teacher

Location: New Circular Route Left Turn
Requirements:
  • Only appears on Tuesdays
W-056: Spirit Kiriko

Location: Bayshore Line Westbound
Requirements:
  • Beat 55 or more Wanderers

I found that this Wanderer appeared after I had beaten only 54 Wanderers. I would be on the lookout when you are near 55 but not quite past it just in case you can do this one a bit early; otherwise, it's nothing too special.
W-057: Lightspeed Courier

Location: Bayshore Line Westbound
Requirements:
  • Push a car from behind for 1km

Note that the in-game requirement is just "Appears after you push a car from behind" which is very vague, and is why I changed it to fit what I believe the requirement wants.

This is one of many Wanderers that is tied to an achievement: notably the "Push It To The Limit" achievement, where you have to push a car from behind for 1km, explaining why I chose to put the requirement as 1km. If anyone finds that it is anything other than 1km, please tell me and I will update the requirement.
W-058: True Slide

Location: C1 Outer Loop
Requirements:
  • Rematch and defeat the boss "Melancholic Angel"
  • Only battles cars with an FR drivetrain layout

Some bosses have rematch races that you can complete: Melancholic Angel is one of them. Her battle is closer in difficulty to her pre-patch race (if you know you know) but the time you get to the end of the game, the rematch race shouldn't be too hard.

You can check the drivetrain of your car in the top right of the "Collection" screen.

W-059: Hard Weapon

Location: New Circular Route Left Turn
Requirements:
  • Only battles cars with stock brakes
W-060: Wailing Pluto

Location: New Circular Route Right Turn
Requirements:
  • Purchase the Lv. MAX upgrade from the Legendary Tuner at least once

You only have to do this once: once you have done it, you never have to buy it again. You also do not need to have it active to race this Wanderer.

This is one of many Wanderers that is tied to an achievement: notably the "Forbidden Tuning" achievement, where you have to buy the Lv. MAX tuning from the Legendary Tuner once.
W-061: Midnight Silver Wolf

Location: Yokohane Line Downbound
Requirements:
  • Achieve "Clean Cornering" through 5 consecutive corners

You can only get "Clean Cornering" while in a race, so don't worry about driving clean when not in battle. I would recommend you to do this on the C1, where there are a lot of corners, and if you're lucky, you could probably get all 5 done in 1 battle.

This is one of many Wanderers that is tied to an achievement: notably the "Beautiful Cornerwork" achievement, where you have to get "Clean Cornering" through 5 consecutive corners.
W-062: Tortoiseshell Mask

Location: Bayshore Line Eastbound
Requirements:
  • Only battles cars equipped with an aura

The perk to equip auras can be bought in the "Perk" skill tree. (the furthest right one)

Once you have bought this perk, you can equip your aura in the "Livery" menu.

W-063: Bayshore Sheriff

Location: Heiwajima Parking Area (Downbound)
Requirements:
  • Only appears after all other rivals at Heiwajima PA (Downbound) have been defeated
  • Will only battle cars without a nitro system installed

This Wanderer will only appear after all racers that can appear at Heiwajima PA (Downbound), including other Wanderers, have been defeated. This Wanderer was the only reason I decided to include the location of every Wanderer in their individual sections, so that it makes it easy for everyone to know which ones are required to get this one to show.
W-064: King of Spades

Location: Yokohane Line Upbound
Requirements:
  • Crash into a Ginza pillar while in a battle
  • Hold 30,000,000 CP or more

The pillar that you need to hit is here:

Here it is on the mini-map:

It needs to be in a battle, so start one right at the top, nearby the hairpin and hit the pillar mid battle.

You also need to hold a minimum of 30,000,000 CP in your wallet before battling this Wanderer.

The first requirement is tied to an achievement: notably the "Ginza's New Attraction" achievement, where you have to hit that pillar while in a battle.
W-065: Kawagoe Handsome

Location: Daikoku Parking Area
Requirements:
  • Defeat 380 rivals

This may seem daunting, but is actually quite a nice requirement. If you beat every rival except for all the Wanderers, the 3 "RECORD" rivals from Stage 6 and the True Ending boss, you should be on just over 380.

Also fun fact: this Wanderer is likely based on Sho Tsuboi, a real Japanese racing driver with a lot of success in Super GT and Super Formula.
W-066: Yokohama Cutie

Location: C1 Inner Loop
Requirements:
  • Defeat W-065: "Kawagoe Handsome"

Similar to W-065, this Wanderer is likely based on Aimi Saito, another Japanese racing driver with success in the Kyojo Cup (an all-female Formula series) and also Sho Tsuboi's wife, which explains the requirement for this Wanderer.

Love these little easter eggs. Never change Genki :)
W-067: Flower Seller Taro

Location: C1 Outer Loop
Requirements:
  • Complete the C1 Outer Loop Ginza Segment within 30 seconds

The segment is in this area of the C1 Outer Loop:

W-068: Cyber Dame

Location: Daikoku Parking Area
Requirements:
  • Appears after you beat "Crimson Boy (Z33)", "Golden Hannya (Z32)" and "Iron Old Man (R34)" 2 or more times

This is a set of 3 consecutive battles with all 3 of these bosses. These battles will have been encountered in the story mode, and if you have already beat them there, then you should only need to beat them again one more time.

In order to beat them again, you need to find Crimson Boy on the map. To do this, simply filter everything on the map and look only for bosses.

Crimson Boy spawns on the New Circular Line Right Turn. If you can't find him, enter the map anywhere and leave immediately to reset the pool of drivers until you find him. Once you do, race him again. This will trigger the 3 consecutive battles with the 3 drivers you need to beat. Once you have beat them, return to the garage and you should have completed the requirement.
W-069: White Charisma

Location: C1 Inner Loop
Requirements:
  • Have a win streak of 20 or more

Note that you do not need to have an active 20 win streak before you challenge the Wanderer. You just need to have had a 20 win streak at some point before challenging them. As mentioned previously, you can check your highest win streak on the "JOURNAL" section in the garage.
W-070: Silver Nobleman

Location: Yokohane Line Downbound
Requirements:
  • Defeat 45 rival teams

There are 53 total teams as of now, so as long as you beat everyone, you should unlock this requirement.
W-071: Revenge Eyes

Location: Bayshore Line Eastbound
Requirements:
  • Have a win streak of 35 or more

Note that you do not need to have an active 35 win streak before you challenge the Wanderer. You just need to have had a 35 win streak at some point before challenging them. As mentioned previously, you can check your highest win streak on the "JOURNAL" section in the garage.
W-072: Unrivaled Emperor

Location: Bayshore Line Westbound
Requirements:
  • Defeat W-071: "Revenge Eyes"

Jintei is back :)
Guest-001: Lightning-Fast Carriage Driver

Location: Heiwajima Parking Area (Downbound)
Requirements:
  • Only appears on weekdays (first battle) or weekends (rematch)
  • Only appears after Stage 2 of the story has been completed

This Wanderer is named after Rindo Chihaya, a Hololive VTuber.

This Wanderer has 2 battles: one initial battle and one rematch battle. This rematch is the same type of rematch as other bosses, such as Eternal Polaris and Melancholic Angel: it is supposed to be a more challenging race than the original battle.

The first battle only appears on weekdays, whereas the rematch only appears on weekends and requires you to beat the first battle. (obviously)
Extra Tips and Tricks
With the cost of buying every car necessary for those mirror match Wanderers, as well as the upgrades necessary for those cars, your wallet is going to be bone dry by the time you finish most of them: even with how much easier money is to get in the full release compared to Early Access.

For me, I was nearly flat broke and I still had about 5 of them left, including having to buy the 240Z for Fire Legend. If you're struggling for money, you can always rematch the high level opponents (such as Snake Eyes and Swift Emperor), which will give you high payouts per race. Build a 21 win streak by beating traffic cars (as after 21 wins the bonus you get for repeat wins caps off) and rematch the specific opponent to your heart's content. You can also upgrade the "Battle Reward UP" and "Win Streak Bonus UP" perks (unlocked in the "Perk" section of the skill tree) and you should see a big increase in the amount you get per race.

Another way to farm money and BP is by rematching the 7 bosses from Stage 4 of the story. In order to do this, you need to find the boss "Every-Little-Bit Warrior" and race them. This will trigger a set of 3 back-to-back races with a total of 7 bosses. Each race gives you rewards, so if you combine this with a 21 win streak and optimal economy perks, you can complete these races very fast and get a large amount of money and BP very quickly. As found by Cassidy, these races give a bit less money than the method above, but quite a bit more BP, meaning they will allow you to complete more of your skill tree while farming for money.

There may be other money methods as well: if you have any that you feel could be worth a mention, please feel free to mention them in the comments.
Final thoughts
Hope this guide helps anyone who needs it.

If anyone has any other tips or queries regarding the Wanderers, any money methods or anything else, feel free to post them below. Please don't hesitate to tell me if there are any mistakes here either so I can correct them for the future :)

If and when the game gets updated with new Wanderers, or anything changes with the current Wanderers, I will update the guide to accommodate these changes. I will also try to make sure the guide is updated for every update of the game that comes out.

Also FYI, there is no need to beat Chihaya to unlock true ending either. The game explicitly says you just need to beat the original 72 Wanderers and excludes DLCs

can confirm you don't need to beat both Chihaya and Chihaya rematch to get Bayshore Sheriff to spawn at PA.

thanks, just changed it

as for Bayshore Sheriff, if you could check if you can race them before beating Chihaya's rematch, that would be really helpful so we can confirm if guests count towards any of the requirements

Comment on W-067 (Flower Seller Taro)
The game now explicitly says you need to complete the timed run within 30 seconds.

As for W-063 (Bayshore Sheriff), I don't know if I still need to beat Weekdays Chihaya, but Sheriff will still spawn even though I haven't fought against Weekends Chihaya.

Money method wise, grinding wanderers is the way to go. Stage 2 I recommend grinding Perfect Revolution. By end game (post stage 4-5); I recommend any of the Level 27-28 wanderers that do not have insane acceleration to boot. It is good to also develop your money making perks before hand so you do not end up going broke when tuning these various cars.

Couple comments. On W-052 (One Bridge Sergeant), you would just need to lower your suspension settings down (-1 to -5). I beat him using a -1 setup personally.

As well for W-041 (God Ear). A good tip is that Power Unit Level 4 is the last upgrade for NA cars before it installs a turbo from 5 and beyond. Generally, I recommend using Lexus vehicles to beat him as they are all NA powered and are competitive in stage 4.

It would also be good to note about all Lexus vehicles are unable to equip custom paint, liveries, and auras. So somebody doesn't sink their time into the LFA and realize that they cannot defeat various wanderers with it (I've had this happen with the RCF unfortunately :( )
