(also feel free to correct any mistakes like spawn requirements, spawning zone, etc ill update this guide to fix em)

also do note a possible translation error without seems to mean with for a few of these descriptions in game. but i switched all all to the correct way in this guide


Also do note for winstreak wanderers you can bully the ai traffic or low level rivals as long as you meet the win streak requirements the wanderer

23. Raspberry Kiss (Daikoku Parking Lot) Won't battle unless your Body is tuned to Lv2 or higher.

24. Craftsman Manabe (Yokohane Line Upbound) Only battles against cars with Aero parts.

25. Gold License (New Circular Route Right Turn) Defeat Mad Stranger to unlock. Only battles against the COPEN Cero (LA400K) '15.

26. Indomitable Alexander (New Circular Route Left Turn) Drive more than 3000 km / 1865 mi to unlock.

27. Surfing Umibozu (Yokohane Line Upbound) Only appears on Saturdays and Sundays. Only battles against 4WD drivetrain cars.

28. Snow Dancer (Bayshore Line Eastbound) Only battles against cars with custom body colors.

29. Kumamoto License Plate (Tatsumi Parking Area) Only battles against cars with a Kumamoto (熊本) license plate.

30. Strongest Maamin (Bayshore Line Westbound) Only battles against cars with leopard print vinyl.

31. Goggled Grin (C1 Outer Loop) Defeat Snow Dancer to unlock.

32. Secret Blend (Shibaura Parking Area) Appears after visiting Shibaura Parking Area at least 15 times.

33. Gentle Examiner (New Circular Route Right Turn) Only battles against FF drivetrain cars.

34. Mountain Man (New Circular Route Right Turn) Only appears on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

35. Flying Fish of Shuto Expressway (Bayshore Line Eastbound) Defeat Swimmer Yuto to unlock. Only battles against Fairlady Z Version ST (RZ34) '24.

36. Helper Robot (Heiwajima Parking Area Upbound) Only battles against the GR Yaris RZ (GXPA16) '20.

37. Red Storm (Bayshore Line Westbound) Unlocked after 400 or more wins.

38. Roulette Guy V3 (Bayshore Line Westbound) Shows up after hearing the rumor about him at a parking area. (think its a rumor only found at Daikoku parking area needs confirming)

39. Lonely Wolf (C1 Inner Loop) Unlocked after 500 or more battles.

40. Steel Triangle (Heiwajima Parking Area Upbound) Only battles against Mitsubishi cars.

41. God Ear (C1 Inner Loop) Only battles against NA (naturally aspirated) cars.

42. Ghost Soul (Yokohane Line Upbound) Only battles against cars with a Yokohama (横浜) license plate.

43. Mr. N-Tsuka (Yokohane Line Downbound) Only battles against cars with the Infinity sticker.

44. Fire Legend (Yokohane Line Downbound) Appears if you own 15 or more cars in your garage. Only battles against the Fairlady 240Z (HS30S) '71.

45. FD Tomo-san (Daikoku Parking Area) Only battles against the RX-7 Type RZ (FD3S) '00.

46. Local Rich Man (New Circular Route Right Turn) Only battles against cars with an Iwaki (いわき) license plate.

47. Toyosu Speedster (Shibaura Parking Area) Appears only on days that are multiples of 10. Will only battle cars without nitro.

48. Something Fun (Hakozaki Parking Area) Battles only with machines that have 20 or more vinyls applied to their Body.

49. Chic Sprint (New Circular Route Right Turn) Defeat Dark Night's Betelgeuse 5 or more times to unlock. Only battles against cars with the DESIRE sticker.

50. Hydro Drift Ninja (New Circular Route Left Turn) Only battles against cars with a Shiga (滋賀) license plate.

51. Lady Lightning (C1 Outer Loop) Only battles against the Civic Type R (FL5) '22.

52. One Bridge Sergeant (Yokohane Line Downbound) Only races slammed rides. (i run suspension on all my cars at 4 or 5 i assume it means 5 .)

53. Mystic Barber (Heiwajima Parking Area Upbound) Appears after achieving 20 or more consecutive wins. Will only battle cars without nitro.

54. Loyal Knight (Daikoku Parking Area) Only battles against cars with no tuning modifications.

55. Tuesday's Big Teacher (New Circular Route Left Turn) Only appears on Tuesdays.

56. Spirit Kiriko (Bayshore Line Westbound) Appears after defeating 55 or more Wanderers.

57. Lightspeed Courier (Bayshore Line Westbound) Shows up when you're pushing another car from behind. (recommend pushing an ai traffic car for 1km or more like the achievement)

58. True Slide (C1 Outer Loop) Shows up after defeating Melancholic Angel's rematch. Only battles against FR drivetrain cars. (Note it means beat her hard version which is much easier in late game)

59. Hard Weapon (New Circular Route Left Turn) Only races against cars with default brakes.

60. Wailing Pluto (New Circular Route Right Turn) Appears when tuned to Lv.MAX by the Legendary Tuner. (Make sure your engine is level 8 exhaust and intake level 5 before you talk to legendary tuner to gain 1 max level part for the day and once you done it once no need to talk to legendary tuner again)

61. Midnight Silver Wolf (Yokohane Line Downbound) Won't battle unless you achieve Clean Cornering through 5 consecutive corners.

62. Tortoiseshell Mask (Bayshore Line Eastbound) Only battles against cars with Aura.

63. Bayshore Sheriff (Heiwajima Parking Area Downbound) Appears after defeating all rivals at Heiwajima Parking Area Downbound. Will only battle cars without nitro.

64. King of Spades (Yokohane Line Upbound) Appears if you've crashed into the Ginza pillar before and currently hold 30,000,000+ CP. (You need to crash into it while holding the required cp in a race recommend using an traffic or low level rivals for this)

65. Kawagoe Handsome (Daikoku Parking Area) Appears after defeating 380 Rivals.

66. Yokohama Cutie (C1 Inner Loop) Shows up after defeating Kawagoe Handsome.

67. Flower Seller Taro (C1 Outer Loop) Complete the C1 Outer Loop Ginza segment within 30 seconds.

68. Cyber Dame (Daikoku parking area) Appears after defeating the trio of Crimson Boy (Z33), Golden Hannya (GCZ32), and Iron Old Man (BNR34) at least twice. (Find Crimson Boy on the road after their story battle to trigger another chain battle.)

69. White Charisma (C1 Inner Loop) Appears after achieving 20 or more consecutive wins.

70. Silver Nobleman (Yokohane Line Downbound) Appears after defeating 45 Rival Teams.

71. Revenge Eyes (Bayshore Line Eastbound) Appears after achieving 35 or more consecutive wins. (Only after the relevant story im not sure if its true like this but i did after all the story).

72. Unrivaled Emperor (Bayshore Line Westbound) Appears after defeating Revenge Eyes.
