Getting Started
Are you a masochist? Have you ever wanted to try absolutely stupid strategies, with 0 risk? Do you want to play an Ace Combat game.. where you're on the ground? Do you love CRAZY ♥♥♥♥?! Do you wanna DRIVE LIKE MAD???? Well I have the guide for you!

With one simple edit to a single line of code, your average match can look like THIS:

To start, you'll need to open File Explorer and navigate to your Endwar folder (Steam -> steamapps -> common -> Tom Clancys Endwar).

Modifying the correct file
Next, you'll want to find your "PCOfGame.ini" file, located in OfGame -> Config

Right Click the file, and select "Properties"

Make sure "Read-only" is NOT ticked while you're editing the file.

Press "Apply", but keep this window open for now.

BE CAREFUL WITH THESE NEXT STEPS; Changing anything other than this specific line of code might mess with your game in ways you don't want. If you know what you're doing, though, you can go ahead. I haven't experimented too much with the other options in this file, but the game seems pretty unstable when you modify too many things at once, so keep that in mind.

Open "PCOfGame", and press Ctrl + F to bring up the search function (Alternatively, you can look for this manually; it's not that far down in the file).

Search for "[OfGame.OfCommandPointsManager]". You should find this specific line of text: "bCommandPointsUnlimited=false // Debug purpose"

Next to the "=" text, replace "false" with "true" -- it should look like this:

SAVE THE FILE, then open the Properties window again. Now, select Read-only. This will prevent the game from automatically changing "bCommandPointsUnlimited" back to false.

Press apply, and close the Properties tab.
Playing with unlimited CPs & how it works
You're done! Now you're able to relentlessly spam EW to annoy the hell out of your enemies.

This works in all gamemodes, for both Skirmish and Campaign. I haven't yet tested this in multiplayer (PvP Skirmish with Hamachi or the TOW Revival project), but I'd assume it doesn't work.

As soon as you reach the necessary CP requirements for units & supports, you can use them freely without losing any Command Points. You're only limited by the extremely short cooldown between consecutive off-map supports.

Airstrikes and EW are absolutely busted with this enabled; you can decimate units or stunlock groups of enemies for the entire match. Of course, the AI can do this as well, so you'll need to be careful with how you group your units. Expect to see a lot more enemy airstrikes and Force Recon, too. If you can't capture an enemy's upgraded Uplink, try destroying it with your units, Airstrikes, or WMDs.

You're also more likely to run out of reinforcements in 2v2s, because the AI loves to produce units like it's 1944 Germany.
