SFM "Clown Fire" Color Correction

Description
found in 2 different SFM leaks, are a bunch of color correction files that doesn't seem to be used in any games.

one stood out to me, called Clown Fire. so I slapped it into Dark Carnival and it seems to line up with that exact shot of the coaster on fire

this mod changes dark carnival to use this clown fire CC, giving everything a huge red boost in the lighting.
