So, you've got a shop, but it's filled with junk, and don't have any space for fancy stuff like a "ammo bench" or a "water cooler"? well here's a quick funny you can do early game to both get some money and clean shop.

get a decent amount of scrap. anything is good, but generally any number times 12 is best. you can also find some small stockpiles of scrap around that are free to take

so if you haven't been exploring, there's a number of NPCs around that DON'T just spout lore or request fancy specific guns. case in point, down this way

now, he has a REALLY good deal for you right now. if you trade him 12 scrap, he will give you $20. sell as much scrap as you can(don't worry you'll get it back)

so you now have a small fortune in cash. before you decide to buy a ton of gun parts, consider this: go into your store(or around it), and use that cash to clean up the trash, getting you more scrap. with more scrap means...

you can now go back to the dealer and sell more scrap for more cash, that you can use to clean more stuff for more scrap, which...yeah. eventually you'll run out of trash(don't forget to look around outside as well, use BUILD MODE to more easily locate scrapable piles), at which point you'll have both the space and resources to actually deck out your shop(or blow it all in the casino), and if you're leaning heavy towards one resource, you can always return to the dealer to swap it for the other(he deals BOTH scrap>money and money>scrap)

aaaand that's about it. a great way to clear out some space and get resources for stuff(make sure to upgrade your work bench, and invest in a tip jar for more cash flow)
