Requirements
You need the BRONZE PACK (also called Bronze Membership) to customize tables.

This DLC is included in every Starter Pack bundle, as well as in the Gold Pack and Platinum Pack.
How and what to customize

Select any of the tables you want to change and start any mode. You do not have to finish it, but you must start it to make the table the active one.

Either while playing or after, open the Customization menu and then Ball & Table.

The first option, 💡 Table Lights should be selected. If not, select it.

The slider for Lamp Intensity is set to 50% by default.
Lower the value by dragging the slider to a lower value until the lights no longer glare.
For all SS, EM, and Retro tables I use 25% myself, with the occasional table tuned up higher or lower.

You will see the changes in the preview. Go back to Tables and try out the new values!
Still too bright?
You can also set global illumination features with the Image Calibration under Options > Screen.

The chosen weather can also affect the table, this is under Customization > Atmosphere > Weather. Personally, I use Morning for normal play and Night for modes like Lamp Hunter.

You can also change the room lighting under Customization > Atmosphere > Room Lights. Keep in mind this will affect all tables, and you might need to change individual table lights again after.
Conclusion
Don't be afraid to customize!

Zaccaria Pinball is very customizable, and by spending some time changing the values you can truly make any table your own.

And if something goes wrong? Reset it to defaults and start over.

Good luck!
