Preamble
I can only put up the safe puzzles that I find, so if there are any missing safe puzzles in the guide then let me know and I'll hunt for them or try to help.

Also if there are any errors, let me know!

Note: The name I give to these puzzles are just my guesses, I don't know what the developer specifically calls any of them.
Safes Without Puzzles
These safes don't require a puzzle to access and just give you the code on the back. How Kind of them!

Clock Puzzle
This is a standard 2-handed analog clock. The time displayed is the code to open the safe.

Puzzle
Explanation
Solution
In this case, the smaller "hours" hand is pointed at "10" and the larger "minutes" hand is pointed at "3" which is the "15" minute mark.

The time is 10:15 meaning the code is 1015
1015
Minesweeper Puzzle
To find the code for this one, you must understand the rules of the game Minesweeper.

In Minesweeper, the numbers represent the number of mines adjacent to (or touching) that square (including diagonals). For example a square that says 3 means there are 3 mines adjacent to that square.

Puzzle
Explanation
Solution
In our puzzle:
There are 3 mines touching the first square of the code.
There is 1 mine touching the second square of the code.
There are 3 mines touching the third square of the code.
There are 5 mines touching the fourth square of the code.

As a result, the code is 3135
3135
Pyramid Sum Puzzle
This is a Pyramid Sum Puzzle (also has other names).
In this kind of puzzle, the number in a square is the result of the two squares below it in the pyramid.

Puzzle
Explanation
Solution
In our specific puzzle:
The first blank square has the numbers "42" and "28" below it. 42 + 28 = 70
The second blank square has the numbers "28" and "19" below it. 28 + 19 = 47

This means the code is 7047.
7047
Maze Puzzle
This is a standard maze, simply find a route from the beginning to the end. The numbers for the code will be along that route.

Substitution Puzzle
The Substitution puzzle might be the most difficult one, especially if you did not learn the concept in mathematics courses. The idea is that each symbol (Heart, Diamond, and Club) represents a value. That value can only be found by substituting the symbols for symbols of an equivalent value (which is determined by other equations).

Puzzle
Explanation
Solution
Let's look at what we know:
"Heart + Heart + Diamond = 10"
"Diamond + Diamond = Heart"
"Club = Heart X Diamond"

The second equation is the most important. 2 diamonds is equivalent to a heart. This means we can substitute each heart in the first equation with two diamonds per heart. This means we now have 5 diamonds = 10.

That means a single diamond = 2. And since 2 diamonds = a heart, that means a heart is equal to 4.

Now, knowing that a diamond = 2 and a heart = 4, we can now look at the last equation.

Since Club = Heart X Diamond, we take those two values and multiply them together
(4 X 2 = 8)

The last bit gives us the code:
[ 0 Club Diamond Heart ] -> [0824]
0824
Symbol Decoding Puzzle
Symbol decoding puzzles are quite simple. You are given the symbols and the numbers they represent in the top section and the bottom section has the code written out as symbols. Simply match the symbols of the the code to the chart above to get the code.

Path-finding / Circuit Puzzle
Path-finding puzzles, also known as Circuit Puzzles, require you to complete the line from the start to the end. You get the code by putting the correct pieces (from the bottom) in the correct spots.
