Quick No Loose Ends The New Boss Achievement Guide... with Saves
By Chibi Inu
This guide is a guide to getting the New Boss and No Loose Ends Achievement. It will also explain some of the fastest ways of clearing rackets, which is extremely helpful given the busted achievement tracking and the game's tendency to bug and crash.

Go to this guide linked below by GejmerPlayer and thank them for their work on this too!

Save Files located here:

Folder Name Meanings:
- Cassandra 1 T = First Hollow boss at Perla's. This is a FORCED KILL.
- Cassandra 2 T = Second Hollow Boss at the Church.
- Vito and Burk T = River Row and Pointe Verdun Bosses. (Vito and burke)
- 1 T = Downtown, Barclay Mills, and Tickfall Harbor.
- Last T = Frisco Fields, Southdowns, and French Ward. (The Southern Union Boss in Frisco Fields is a FORCED KILL)

How to Use These Saves:
Using these saves is pretty straightforward. Once you clear all the bosses of each save and give it to an ally, wait for the autosave to finish and your chosen ally's people to move in to the last racket then copy the next save's data to your save data, replacing the old data. Afterwards, in the game go to load checkpoint to load those new saves.Note that you will pop up at whatever safehouse you were in last.
General Information:
The files have a good amount of money, and always set you up with a Precisione Rifle and a Silentium pistol, as well as various equipment ie: molotovs, mines, grenades. You have enough money to buy more equipment, as necessary, and buy a different weapon if you dont like the rifle after the Vito and Burke save. Generally I recommend automatics like the Pasadena if you can afford it.

Brutal Takedowns are also slightly faster to take down a boss, but is a bit riskier to pull off.

It tends to be easier to go in stealthy with a silenced pistol, and thats the way I tried to go about it until I got to the Racket Boss..
First Third of the Game
Cassandra 1 T:
This save puts you in front of Perla's. I recommend grabbing a car and entering through the loading dock. Use the silenced pistol to kill enemies, take the stairs that gets you on the left side of the second floor, and make your way to the boss to kill him.

Cassandra 2 T:
This save once again spawns you at Perla's. Money you have is enough to buy an M128 and zemis and mines. Recommend entering through the back of the church. Kill the guy to the left with the pistol, then kill the two in the church. Jump through window, climb over the boss's building, sneak your way to outside the boss's room then take him and the guy he is talking to down with the M128. Pretty straightforward.

Burke and Vito
This save has enough to buy a Pasadena, and all the mines you need. Also have enough to buy an extra tactical vest with 8k more to spare. You also now have access to the car service. Use it to get you a faster car. Recommend the Duke or the Frigate, as those seem to be the fastest available at this time.

River Row
Contraband - Enter from the building to the right connected to the sky bridge. Pistol the duo at the end of the skybridge. Make your way across the catwalk then go to the boss's room

Extortion - Sneak in through the sewers in the back, kill the one closest to you and the patroller that goes up the stairs further ahead. carefully open the door to the left and kill the sentry. go upstairs. either kill or sneak past the guy on the roof, and head in. go to the boss's office.

Pointe Verdun
Moonshine - enter the factory through climbing the wall. pick the lock on the door and make your way across. Wait for the guy in the room with the medkit to turn away (kililng him can make things hairy) and go up the stairs to the second floor. Kill the two patrolling up there once they are lined up, and go up to the third floor office where the boss is.

Slaughterhouse - enter on the right and go to the outside entrance to the second floor. Time your lockpick, so the guy on the right isnt facing you. then silently kill both the patrol on the left and right. (one on the left is easier) In the next room, kill the patrol, then enter through the door on the catwalk at the end of the room rather than the double doors. This will enable you to get closer to the slaughterhouse boss to handle him quick.
Second Third (Downtown Barclay Tickfall)
The 1T save has enough money to buy a Pasadena, extra equipment, and upgrade a car.

Fastest car available would be the Deleo Traviata, but that requires taking over all of Tickfall by killing Frank Pagani in order to unlock the Traviata. It doesnt matter who you assign rackets or districts to, but giving at least one racket to Cassandra gets you another useful silenced weapon, the silenced M1N8. Once you get the car upgrade gearing to top speed gearing. The Traviata is likely the fastest car you can get access to based on what youve got especially once you get later upgrades, but I'm not sure if it's really faster to fully takeover Tickfall when the other available vehicles are plenty fast.

For vehicle speed optimization, assign one racket in the second district you tackle to Vito and the other to Burke for spikes in speed and acceleration in that order.

Tickfall Harbor
Smuggling - enter the warehouse from the right. after killing the two posted there talking about Alice Holland, and a third patrolling right outside, go across the street to the ship dock building and head right. Kill the guy walking down the stairs and head across the bridge on the first floor and up to the office to take on Pops.

Auto Theft - Junior is a bit more tricky, but enter through the third door on the right. It should be locked, but you can whistle the guy standing next to it to get him to come through and kill him or you can lock pick. Whistling is cleaner. Then go to the right, and head down, killing the two ahead and go towards the sniper point to avoid the two chatting... killing them is a bit hairy. Cross over using the crates by the sniper point and kill the guy right by the next building. Be careful to not get spotted as you sneak towards Junior Holland. Once he is in position, near the other two, toss a grenade in there and pull out your automatic and let it rip or just sprint in and go for a brutal take down.

Downtown
For the bathhouse, enter through the back entrance, and kill the two in that sauna room. Make your way to the stairwell on the back, killing the guy that splits off from the pair near the other entrance where you have to enter through the underground. Wait for the guy to cross over, then kill him and go up to the roof. Make your way across and kill the two on the roof, then drop down to the second floor and kill the guy in the same room as you. Make your way to the boss, and handle him.

Construction - Go in through the back and lockpick the door. Kill the two chatting there before they split. go up stairs. Theres a kill right there, take him out. then take out the patroling guy by where the wall opens up to get you access to the third floor. Kill a third dude, then go upstairs. Wait for the two moving to end their positions, (one should be by the edge on the right, and kill the one on the right. Keep to the right, killing anyone who might potentially see you (theres one patrolling from the left, and the one by the stairs to the fourth floor where the boss is. Finally handle the boss

Barclay Mills
Guns - there is a stairway to that gets up to the second floor catwalk from the back of the building I discovered during my playthrough. I was spotted up there, so I'm not sure if it is safe to do without being seen, but I assume theres a way.

Dump - go in through the left entrance, taking out the guard in the guardhouse. Then go up the stairs and across the catwalk to the main building. Kill the Sentry when he gets close, then go immediately to the right and kill the two in the controls room. Finally go to puppy's room and unleash your AR.
Last Third (Frisco, French Ward, Southdowns)
Last T Save Info
This save has Vito leading the previous three districts. Oh, also Cassandra is dead. Anyways, this save would also be a good starting point towards the Just You and Me Achievement, as you just need to anger Burke. Once again, throwing knives arent unlocked. But here's where you can really take advantage of the Traviata's speed. Boost it right away then take on your rackets. Oh and you have tons of money.

Give the first racket you take to Vito for the Supercharger buff. The bulletproof tires Burke gives doesnt work, but you do want to get him a racket or two so you can buy more grenades from the arms dealer later. The optimal way to do this is Frisco > French Ward > Southdowns

Frisco Fields
PCP - Easiest way is to go in through the back of the science center, theres a on the outside stairway that pops you in on the second floor. silenced pistol your way through. once you get this one, if you recruited all the others, you should have the new boss achievement.

Southern Union - Go in through back entrance (same as where you go in the first time on this mission, pick lock, kill the two right there. Get upstairs, take out everyone en route to the boss. Honestly, Vito's hit squad could also be useful here, but you can go through without triggering aggro until you get to boss room.

French Ward
Drugs Racket - For the quickest way, go in through the waterways. Theres an entry about 117 m southwest which sometimes has a boat, you can take in. You can stop the boat just shy of the tight tunnel and quickly kill with silenced weapons, but unless you can take out all four in one slow mo session, just go loud. Realistically, though this way is unreliable. There is no guarantee a boat will spawn, sometimes alligators will spawn down there, and if you are swimming you will be spotted and helpless.

The more reliable and stealthy way is to go in through the entrance on the west that goes into a tunnel. There is a guard posted outside, but he wont aggro you immediately. you can use this opportunity to line up your shot (DO NOT ADS on him unless you are ready to kill him else he will aggro. hip fire headshot also works) Go down the hatch and kill the enforcer. Let the guy downstairs run over to talk with the other dude, then take them both out, taking out the guy who walked over there first. Make your way to the central club. Hang a left and go around the club, killing the guy by the entrance to the where the dude on the boat and three others are (same place the waterways leads to) Watch the boat drive off, and let the others move around until you have two talking off to the side. Kill them. Continue along the path, take out the sentry, then take out the guy on the stairs. Slow mo helps out with this. Watch as Gaston slits the throat of the only other person in the room with him, then do the same to him.

Plow House - Enter through the Southwestern entrance, and kill the guy watching TV. Then kill the two down the hallway. Go upstairs and kill the guy in the bathroom. Go to the right of the bathroom and whistle over the guy in the next room to kill him. Go down the hall and whistle the dude right there. Take out the patrol when he's closest to you or just sneak by him and get to the boss room. Toss a grenade or mine to kill his two buds then take out the boss.

Southdowns
Black Market - Enter via the bakery, kill the dude in there, go immediately upstairs, kill the patrol in the next room, then kill the guy by the window, then the patrol, then sneak past the guy overlooking the banister or whistle him over to you, but that is riskier... then go after the boss.

Gambling - North Western entrance. Lockpick, go across to the kitchen, kill that guy. get up to the locked door with the gamblers, whistle to get the guy to open the door. kill him. then wait until the last goon walks into room with boss. use a grenade or two to kill all the other enemies in there, then charge at the boss.
Rinse and repeat to get the other side.
Hopefully this all makes sense. Anyways, be sure to thank GejmerPlayer for providing the saves!

I do want to add screenshots to this later. With all thats going on right now, I might not get around to it soon, but if you have any questions, I'll try my best to answer them for you!
