Did you know that Foxbat was a TV show? Well its popular enough to have a giant convention at Rencen! While the convention is up, the Mayor want you to find the actual Foxbat and have him join the Convention.

You're ask to find Foxbat, but there are so many people dressing up as Foxbat. You're task to check a few "Foxbat" per day to see if that person is the real Foxbat. After you're done checking those "Foxbat", simply return to the mayor and report for you finding. Here is a map for this particular quest:

So Mayor has found a note in regards to the location of the Real Foxbat, and it demands that we should the following items: Fish N Chips, Comics, and DvD. Just head to the location where the green arrows are to obtain these items.

From here, just follow the quest marker to a guy at city hall. He will pass on a note that will lead you to the apartment where Foxbat was held. When you get there, you will find Foxbat sitting around, not remotely interested in partaking the convention. So you beat him up and he will agree. Before you leave, wait for Foxbat to walk up stairs to trigger a secret event involving feeding his cat.

Foxbat decided to come to the convention, but not in the way you would expect. Before taking on this open mission, talk to a troubled Lt. Morrigan, a quest giver found next to Defender found in front of the MC Powerhouse gate, and obtain the daily quest: Open Missions: Destroids Rise Again?. If you have done the Open Mission: Destriods Rise Again!, its basically the same open mission, but with Foxbat's minions instead. And instead of Mega D, Foxbat has his own Mecha and he is heading towards the convention with it. For safety reason, its probably best to take down said mecha. The Mecha will be supported by two giant headlight that help damage anyone attacking the Mecha. Once a certain HP theshold have been met, the Foxbat Mecha will move on to the CHQ. Here, you will have to deal with some very powerful skull level Foxbat minions, which your group has to dispatch right away. After dealing some more damage to the Foxbat Mecha, it will move towards the edge of the Ren Cen. Repeat again and it will finally move one more time toward the Powerhouse Door. It will blow up and the reward circle will present it self.

Defender really want an autograph of his heroes, but he couldn't leave his post. He ask you to get him those autograph instead. Just simply head to the center of the convention, talk to both Jeff Hill and Matt Hunt for the Autograph. Return to James Defender once you're done.

Talk to Conner, the current Foxbat vendor of this event, to obtain this quest. Apparently, someone has stolen all the Swag Bags and he wants them back. You simply go around and defeat any mobs in MC to obtain these Swag Bags. Once that done, return to Conner and collect your reward.

Talk to Defender and he will tell you that the Cryptic HQ at Downtown is having a glitchy problem. Take the Unscheduled Maintenance quest and head towards that location. This Open Mission is rather chaotic and dangerous. It is highly recommended to have many players around to do this mission. The Bugs are all heavy hitters and can easily wipe out everyone if you're not working together. Luckily, there is a respawn point nearby.

And then there is the Boss. The Boss is a fire user that has a similar moveset from World Burner from the tutorial. He also love to randomly teleport around the area forcing everyone to move. As the fight progress, the Boss will start using random powers from other heroes and villains. While this insanity is going on, you still have to deal with the never ending spawning of bugs. Right around 1/3 HP, he will start will randomly glitch the players with a random bug that will effect their gameplay. This range from removing gravity to turning everyone into cats.
