Description
Improves mining lasers and significantly reduces their combat effectiveness.

Changes:
Range = 400m
Firing arc = 360d
Rotation speed = 60d
No mining beam collision with turrets.
No enemy targeting and heavily reduced damage against enemy ships.

Works with overclock.

just against enemies

Is damage reduced against all ships or just enemy ships? I ask because mining lasers are a great way to dismantle ships for resources.
