I fixed this by uninstalling the following windows updates :

Run command prompt as administrator and run the following commands one by one (You will need to restart between each one):

wusa /uninstall /kb:5065426
wusa /uninstall /kb:5064081
wusa /uninstall /kb:5064401
wusa /uninstall /kb:5063878
