You cannot get other achievements in the tutorial besides the tutorial completion achievement. You can however complete all 100% in the first non-tutorial mission the entrance (with exception being Full Wardrobe - simply because it requires more tickets then you make completing the first mission alone). Use "Ctrl+F" to find which achievement you're looking for or use the index on the right.
Graduation Day
"Finish the tutorial"
Pretty straight forward, but it wouldn't be a 100% guide if I didn't start here. Complete the tutorial and when you clock out (on wall in hub) you should get it!
That's Against Company Policy
"Try to take loot out of the dungeon"
Also pretty straight forward. It doesn't have to even be loot. Just leave a slime or organic on your slimop and run into the portal.
Cleaning Legion
"Merge four slimes into one"
Also not too difficult, simply use the slime dispenser to dispense 4 slimes, when they land they should form a large slime when they come into contact with each other. If they aren't touching, simply pick them up (not impale) and put them together.
Unlimited Power
"Make a fiery slime"
This can be first achieved in the mission "The Entrance" which is Floor 1, Room 1. You need only use your managon to overcharge a regular wall torch. Slowly approach with your slime on your slimop while holding RMB to ignite the slime. If you get too close you will begin to take DOT, you can tank a couple hits before this kills you. Alternatively if you want to avoid risk associated with overcharging the torch you can proceed to mission "The Library" Floor 1 Room 2 and use the forge there. You will need to find either a brazier or a forge to accomplish this. For the library level there is no brazier (first appears in the prison - Floor 1, Room 3). Take a slime that has been impaled on your slimop and use the "give" button (Right click for mouse & keyboard controls) to hold it over the flame until it ignites.

It is worth noting that the forge begins in a broken state and must be repaired. To repair it you must locate two missing pieces first. For the forge in the library, All parts are in the same zone - The occult studio. But the valve is to your right as soon as you exit the portal and the pipe is against the wall in the room with the forge itself. The forge and pipe are in the room with the laser eye. You can disable the laser eye to make it easier to work on the achievement or work around it if you want to do this and the challenge for fewer runs. You can always come back for the achievement or level challenge later.

Impaling Heretics
"Stab a friend with the slimop"
Simply switch to the slimop and poke your homie.
Wrong Profession
"Create more bloodstains and organics than the level started with."
This one posed a little difficult for me. Unsure if it was an issue with the game updating information or if I simply didn't understand the exact requirements. In short you start the game with 0/x bloodstains and organics to clean up in each room, we need x to increase to a number greater than what we started the mission with. To put it simply, you need to die. The issue was this didn't always make my number of organics/bloodstains go up like I expected it to. How I finally made it work was by cleaning a bloodstain and an organic. I then fed myself to a mimic to generate additional bloodstains and organics. The denominator (x) didn't go up until I cleaned an additional bloodstain and an organic. Once that was confirmed I proceeded to clockout rather than finish the mission.

It is worth noting that if you die in the water you do not create any bloodstains. If you fall off the map you're not going to create bloodstains or organics.

*An alternative approach to create bloodstains is to take a blood filled slime and use it on a clean area of the floor to make more bloodstains. You can also throw organic material at clean spaces on the floors/walls to create additional bloodstains.
Burning Heretics
"Burn a friend with the managon"
Switch to your managon (3 key) and left click (mouse & keyboard) while looking at your friend. Congratulations for earning their ire and an achievement!
Nice and Crispy
"Cook a meat piece"
Impale one of the many organics you find laying around and cook it over a brazier or forge mentioned in the Unlimited Power section. Once grilled to perfection (indicated by grill lines) enjoy your achievement.

Of note: if you feed the grilled meat to the mimic it will start having hearts float from it. As long as the hearts are floating above it it won't eat you!
The friendslop we made along the way
"Kill a friend with a mimic"
Simply walk up behind a mimic and use the E key to pick up, walk up to a friend and reward chesty with a nice snack.
Dumb ways to die
"Die 10 times in different ways"
Pretty self explanatory. You get to experiment in the most morbid of ways - unaliving yourself! There are lots of ways to do it and I imagine you'll get it organically just by playing. To include a noninclusive list though:
All of the traps you encounter count as a different type of death
Falling (standing on a brazier counts as a fall death for some reason)
Your friendly neighborhood mimic
Denizens of the dungeon you meet along the way (several types)
Overcharged torches
Impaling yourself on weapons someone forgot to put away (takes some effort, pick it up and spin it - R key and move mouse- until you can keep hitting yourself with the pointy bits)
Your friends managon
The cauldron (I am soup)
There are certainly more ways I've forgotten that I'm sure you'll find!
End-game Cleaner
"Finish a level with 100% completion and zero deaths"
You can press tab to get an idea of how much of a mess each room is without having to go into them. Once you've got a check mark you've completed that requirement. Get them across the board or dashes (-) in rooms without that requirement and a 100% in the top right and clock out for a job well done. And of course, don't die in the process.
Going Broke
"Finish a level with 0% completion"
Start a mission, then clock out without cleaning anything. I believe I went into the portal to get the room requirements to appear then I left back through the portal and clocked out without doing anything.
I Cast Silence
"Turn voice chat down to zero"
Press escape, in the "General" tab look under "Voice Chat". Use your mouse to drop the slider to 0%. It should immediately unlock the achievement. You can then slide it back up to continue using voice chat.
One Slime Army
"Clean all blood of one level with only 1 slime"
If you've played any you know that the slimes can only remove so much blood before they turn red and need replacing. To get around this, we're going to be revisiting the Unlimited Power achievement and make a fiery slime. While it may also not have unlimited uses and will eventually burn out indicated by the X.X face, you can take it back to the forge or brazier and reignite the same slime to continue to clean. You must 100% the level, cleaning just the bloodstains and clocking out will not unlock you the achievement. This achievement will not proc until you clockout as there's always the potential to accidentally create more bloodstains.

It is worth noting that if you take your slime off your slimop for any reason (like picking up organics) you will fail the achievement. If you die you will lose your slime so the same applies. The only exception is when you are leaving the mission area as you cannot take it with you. So it is recommended to pick up all organics before you begin mopping or simply pick up the mimic and carry it to all of the organics and clean up that way. Or you could just go in, mop, and leave without worrying about any of the other objectives to complete it that way.
Fashionista
"Wear a cosmetic in every slot"
Equip a cosmetic to each slot, this includes your hair and face (ears). The managon has no options and cannot have its color changed at this time and is not required for the achievement. Cosmetics can be purchased and equipped in the hallway to the right of the level select in the hub. The golden slimes are a currency that can be acquired by completing level challenges (up to 3 per mission), while tickets (also a currency) are earned (or found) for completing objectives and completing missions. Some cosmetics have level requirements that have to be met before you can unlock them.
Full Wardrobe
"Buy 20 cosmetics"
Simply buy any 20 cosmetics, even if its just a bunch of the 50 ticket faces and hair. Tickets will be your true limiting factor here but as described in the section above, they aren't really difficult to obtain.
Afterwards
Thanks for using my guide, I hope it proved helpful. Shout out to my friend BigShrimpin who made the multiplayer achievements possible and helped me troubleshoot the wrong profession achievement. I'd also like to thank Zirkalaritz in the comments for telling me about feeding cooked meat to the Mimic, Elstra for the idea to use bloodied slime to make more bloodstains, Dr. Daggerfall for letting us know you can overcharge a torch to ignite a slime or meat as early as the first non-tutorial level, and Ruesselschnurps for confirming you must 100% the level in one slime army. Also a shoutout to the wonderful devs for this gem of a game. I appreciate their already rapid deployment of fixes for the issues that have plagued me the most - that damn skeleton in the prison and other various desyncing items.

On today's patch, One Slime Army finally worked in MP: did it as client and both client and host got the achievement.

Some achievements only count towards the lobby host in multiplayer. I would suggest either running a quick solo, or taking turns as hosts for difficult/long maps.

For One Slime Army: you can only use one slime for the whole level and the level must be completed in order to count. If there is a low enough fire source you can reach you can hold the slime in it to turn it in to a fire slime which makes this easier, or if there is a water source you can rinse off the slime in the water

For Wrong Profession: *This counts for host only at this time* you'll need to create more stains & meat chunks than the level originally loads in. Check the stats of the level (should be tab I believe but I changed my keybinds so I don't recall but you can check in controls). Quickest method is to have everyone trigger traps and die to them. Even quicker if you can find an area with a respawn either near a trap or you can place a mimic down a few feet from it and just keep running in to it.
***Note on this one: the count may be bugged and not registering the iced l increase of material, so you can feed a mimic meat and it should trigger it to refresh the count and correct this. This can also be a two birds one stone if you're using the mimic spawn camp method above.

Thanks for the reply. I did indeed work out that way, I 100%ed the level (Botanical garden in that case) and the achievement did pop up.

Ruesselschnurps I think someone further down in the comments mentioned needing to complete the level, I assume they meant 100% by that. I'm not sure myself as I forgot the exact circumstances when I got that achievement but I tend to always go for the 100% so its probable. If you don't get it by just cleaning all the bloodstains with one slime try again and 100% it and report back if you don't mind and I can update the guide!

One slime army: Is it possible that I have to 100% the level? Tried it two times with Botanical garden and I just cleaned the blood stains and removed organics but it didn work

@Classy Cthulhu it is very odd. I was just playing with a friend as well with them as the host. They opened a map and immediately ended it and we both got the achievement. I'm not sure why it wasn't working in single player but that might be a bug.

Glad it worked for you!

Clearing download cache and then validating and buying something after worked!! i did try it already but i had to clear cache too thank u :)

Sounds like it may be a bug CavaticaNoct, or there's something it doesn't count. But I can't imagine what that would be. As mentioned above I was able to get it just buying a bunch of random things and it unlocked as I hit 20. Maybe try validating game files and relaunching, possibly buy an additional cosmetic after the validation?
