My brother in Christ -
Read. The. Bohemia. Terms. Of. Service.
People can do literally whatever they want with whatever mods you've uploaded for this game. Bohemia owns all of the mods uploaded for this game, not you, not anyone else, and Bohemia says that any modded content uploaded for DayZ can be used by the entire community freely. You agreed to that when you clicked "agree" to the ToS waiver when you installed the game. You agreed to it by uploading a mod for the game to the Steam workshop. You agreed to it by making a mod for the game and posting it anywhere as any mod made for the game logically requires the game itself in order to use it. Any DMCAs you issue in relation to mods uploaded for this game are completely unenforceable and entirely fraudulent.
Look, I completely get that it's really, really annoying to see others take your work and reuse it without asking and without giving you any credit (I've had it happen to me before myself, not for DayZ, but for other games I've made mods for), but this trend of people "threatening" legal action by pretending that they have some sort of legal domain over the mods they've upload for this game really needs to stop. You don't have any legal power or ownership over anything that you have created for this game and neither does anyone else except Bohemia and again, in their ToS and terms of use they clearly state that the DayZ community can use and reuse all modded content freely at their own discretion.
