Sparrow Coin (1/32)
At the start of the chapter, you'll climb a staircase and go through a door to find yourself in a large open room, with barely any visibility. Cross to the other side of the room to find this on the right side of a dresser.

Sparrow Coins are used to buy story progression items, as well as 7 of the 9 Bonus Items from gacha machines around the game. Make sure you're collecting all of them as you go! I probably don't have every location in the game, but I found enough to unlock all of the collectibles, so that should be the same case for you.

Alarm Clock (1/5)
Go across the large room to the left. There is a hallway going up, and one continuing left. Keep going left to find a small alcove with a locked door and this alarm clock.











Sparrow Coin (2/32)
After falling through the floor, continue through the hall and past a doorway. On your left will be a red barricade, and on your right, a white one. Wrap around the white barricade to find this in a red envelope.











Sparrow Coin (3/32)
In the drawer to the right of the marble puzzle. Only appears after solving the puzzle.

On the table where the ghost girl was.

From the table where the ghost girl was, turn 180 degrees and cross the room. Open the red container to find the coin.

After the cutscene with the ghost girl, do NOT go through the metal door behind her. Instead, turn around and locate another pipe you can crawl through. The clock is in the room at the end.

In the same room as the alarm clock. inside the red container.

After watching a flashback where Olivia says "I might accidentally cut off your ear", look on the cart in the same room.

After entering the hair salon, go down the right side to find this on a table.

Now go to the left side of the salon and open the red container. This is the same room the puzzle is in.

After the cutscene with Olivia, you'll be back at the start of the pipe section. Return to Olivia's apartment and locate the pile of cans outside. Throw your ball at them.











Sparrow Coin (14/32)
After riding the elevator down to floor 2, hug the right side of the wall until you reach a set of barricades with the coin on top.











Sparrow Coin (15/32)
From the previous coin, walk straight and open the red container.











Sparrow Coin (16/32)
Head back to where you found coin 14. A few feet away is a wooden table with the coin on it.











Sparrow Coin (17/32)
From the previous coin, destroy the hairball and continue down the hall. As soon as you enter the next room, look right to find this on a table.











Cans (2/3)
To the direct left of the previous coin.











Sparrow Coin (18/32)
From where you burn the scissors, look left and open the gated door. Follow the hallway down and you'll hear a phone ring. To its left is a red container with the coin.











Story related. This will unlock during your encounter with Calvin.


Sparrow Coin (19/32)
After defeating Calvin, return to where you first ran into him. Continue past the gacha machine and you'll find yourself in a room with a large wall of hair. Open the red container to your right.

Cans (3/3)
After taking the elevator to floor 3, look at the right wall and walk a few feet out to find these in a blocked off doorway.













Sparrow Coin (20/32)
After the cutscene with Olivia's father, locate a stack of newspapers on the left side of the room. The coin is on the corner.











Sparrow Coin (21/32)
After getting caught by Olivia's father and freeing yourself, navigate back to the newspaper stack that had a coin on it. Nearby will be a newly opened door with a large cage and flaming mannequin head inside. The goal here is to use your basketball to transfer the flame from head to head. Once all 3 are lit, the door to the red container will open. Pop it open for the coin.











Sparrow Coin (22/32)
From the previous coin, look left and head down the hallway that you see. At the end should be a fence with a blue tarp on it. Behind the fence is a coin.

Alarm Clock (3/5)
After riding the lift up to the 2nd floor, you'll enter a room with a large music chart painted on the wall. Directly across from the chart is a tiny room with the clock inside. Throw your ball at it.

In the red container in the dame area.











Sparrow Coin (24/32)
After opening the shutter in the funeral section, you'll enter a large room with stone tables. Locate the red container between 2 tables and open it.

From the previous coin, turn 180 degrees to spot this on a table behind you.











Diary (9/15) - Page 10: What should I do!?
After entering the basketball court, throw your ball into the hoop to open a shutter. Go inside to find this on the table.

In the same room as the previous note. Open the red container.











Sparrow Coin (27+28/32)
Score a shot from one of the other red X's to open the next shutter. The coins are on the marble table.

Diary (10/15) - Page 8: I wish I can help him
After solving the small projector maze, walk ahead a few feet to get a jumpscare of Alan's silhouette screaming. Check on top of the nearby projector for the page.











Sparrow Coin (29/32)
After the chase scene in the school hall, you'll find yourself in a series of upside down rooms. Follow them through to the end, then open the cabinet on your left.











Alarm Clock (4/5)
After the bird minigame, you'll be on top of a stack of desks that form a pathway you can fall off. Here, you'll need to use bird feathers to jump over large gaps. After the 3rd feather jump, locate the feather in front of a large mountain of desks and take it up. The clock is at the top.











Sparrow Coin (30-31/32)
After returning to the gymnasium, the 3rd shutter will be open. Head inside and open the 2 red containers behind the coffin.











Bonus Item (2-8/9)
Return to floor 2 and use all of your coins on the gacha machine.


Unlockable Item (9/9)
After spending all of your coins at the gacha, return to where you beat Calvin and burned the scissors earlier in the game. Interact with the closet behind him to collect his trophy. You can also interact with the cat near him to consider this collected, but it won't appear in your collection. Not sure why that happens. If you care about that, reloading the game will place the trophy back.













Diary (11/15) - Page 15: ...
While looping through floor 1, you'll eventually reach a room with a brightly lit window and this note on a chair.

Diary (12-14/15) - Page 12, 13 & 14
After the cutscene of Olivia in the elevator shaft, turn around and walk to the opposite end to find a table with the page on it.











Sparrow Coin (32/32)
After entering the elevator and watching a short scene, take the elevator back down to floor 1.











Diary (15/15) - Page 6: Next Appointment
After defeating the doll, you'll need to use your basketball to hit a switch. As soon as the shutter to your side raises, step into the next room to spot the note on a table.











The achievement didn't unlock for me when I picked up the last page. I had to go into my inventory and manually open the diary to pop it.

Alarm Clock (5/5)
After talking to younger Olivia in the mirror maze, you'll be warped back to a room with 2 breakable mirrors and a mannequin. Break either mirror and move into the next room, where Alan will ask himself if finding out the truth is worth it. Break the left mirror to find the alarm clock.

Near the end of the game, you will have multiple dialogue options you can choose while Olivia is grabbing you, and these options are what will determine your ending. You can get both endings in one playthrough by setting yourself up for one ending, finishing the game, then clicking continue from the main menu and doing the opposite ending.

Small edit: after reading the forums, it appears that collecting the alarm clocks unlocks the ability to choose the true ending. If you're following this guide, that detail is irrelevant, but I'm including it just in case someone needs that info.
